Rustig gelegen, eigen opgang via de trap aan de tuinzijde naast het huis. Je kunt zwemmen vanaf de eigen steiger. Binnen vind je een grote zachte bank, TV, een zithoek en een pantry waar je koffie en thee kunt zetten. Aparte slaapkamer met bed van 160 centimeter. Geen kookgelegenheid wel magnetron. Op steenworp afstand van Amsterdam een suite met eigen ingang en badkamer ensuite, koelkast, gratis parkeren! Strand in 5 minuten. Wandelen, zwemmen, surfen, kayak, suppen, yoga, pilates, (huur)fietsen, relaxed genieten in UNESCO Werelderfgoed.

Mooi vakantieverblijf op een schitterende locatie aan het water, en toch maar 15 minuten van Amsterdam. Het maakt onderdeel uit van onze eigen woning, maar is een zelfstandige wooneenheid, heeft prachtig uitzicht, zowel voor op het water, en achter op tuin. Het ligt aan een zeer rustig weggetje waar nog ca 20 andere vrijstande huizen aan liggen. De rivier de Vecht is heerlijk om in te zwemmen, schoon helder water, en natuurlijk op te varen. Er is een kleine roeiboot aanwezig en 2 kano's.

Beautifull waterfront villa near Amsterdam

Geweldig luxe gezinshuis aan de rand van het Ijsselmeer en onder de rook van Amsterdam. Met een eigen steiger, kano en hottub. In Uitdam is het elke dag vakantie. Kanoën, zwemmen, varen, surfen of suppen vanaf je eigen steiger in het pittoreske Waterland. Het huis is in 2021 volledig gerenoveerd. Vanuit de woonkamer heb je een prachtig vrij uitzicht over het water. Het huis staat direct aan de dijk zonder weg of fietspad tussen jou en het meer. Eigen vervoer is sterk aan te raden.

You will need to climb the staircase to your room with a luxury double bed 160x200 cm. There is a luxury bathroom with smart shower which you'll need to share, but I will provide you with bathrobes, slippers and shower items. Refrigerator in the hal as well as a small library with historic books about Amsterdam. The rooms are in a quiet area.I do not serve breakfast

You can find our very nice familyhome in one of the most beautiful areas of Amsterdam. In front of our house you will find a beautiful city lake, park and a little beach which is absolutely great in summer! The tram stops around the corner and takes you to the city centre within only 15 minutes. We live in a child friendly neighbourhood with a lots of activities you can undertake. Haarlem and Zandvoort are very close and easily reachable with public transport.
