Our stay was very nice. Would definitely stay again. It was all exactly as described. The bungalow was very clean and warming. Nanda was very nice and always responded to our needs. The bungalow felt secured, relaxing and peaceful. We had nice breezes throughout our stay. The driveway was nice and easy parking. We got visits from goats who stopped by for some drinking water. Which is natural of the island of St. Barths. A few land turtles came by for a little snack too. The bungalow is close to a few nice beaches and hikes. The lagoon in Cul de Sac was really nice and walking distance from the bungalow. There you can walk out on the bay see sea turtles, and many other sea life. Great snorkeling and finds. A hike around the bay on both sides are remarkable and easy to walk. Lots of nature beauty awaits. We definitely recommend Nanda’s bungalow.

We needed accommodations on the front and back end of our trip and we were lucky to secure this place for both! Fantastic stay at an extremely clean and well appointed place with awesome views from the rental as well as the pool! Book with absolute confidence!! If you’re looking for walkable dining or entertainment, you may want to look elsewhere. If you want something quiet with amazing views and gracious hosts, this is your place!

The pictures on the listing do not do justice on how beautiful the view you have from the balcony is. One day I even changed my plans to go to the beach to read cause I saw no point. The balcony has the best setup for a nice relaxing reading session on a sunny day with a cozy pouf like seat. On top of that, the host is kind and caring and made me feel at home. She even pointed out when I was about to go biking under the hot Sun to bring some water, which I thought I was, but indeed was forgetting. Thank you for making my stay in Sint Maarten a really great one!

Our family of four with two small children (3 & 6) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sofa bed in the living room was spacious enough to accommodate both small children and the primary bedroom upstairs was very comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the pool was gated and clean with a decent size shallow side perfect for the kids. We enjoyed breakfast at Bread & Butter (just down the hill) nearly every morning, and some our favorite meals while on the island were really close by (Mama's Pizzeria and Oasis). Harold and his wife were onsite and were very communicative. While there were guests in the other villas during our stay, it still felt very private and we rarely saw other guests at the pool. As others have said, I would highly recommend renting a car if staying at this property. The only small inconvenience was that the WIFI did not work well in our villa, however, it worked fine on the patio outside and around the pool area.

Situé dans un quartier très calme avec des ballades à faire à pied (natural pool notamment). L'appartement est très bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité et la cuisine est complète. Vue magnifique des 2 chambres sur la mer et levers de soleil somptueux. Très bonne communication avec Christina qui était très réactive. Notre problème d'eau chaude a été réglé en 5 minutes. Séjour enchanteur.

Absolutely amazing! Exactly what I needed. After a long year I just wanted to relax with an amazing view and this place fit the bill. Clean, peaceful, awesome 180 degree view of the ocean. What more can you ask for. I will stay here again and again every time I come to St. Martin. Thank you Sash, for your beautiful accommodations!!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is gorgeous — beautifully decorated with high-end linens and towels, and immaculately maintained. The location couldn’t be better: steps from fantastic restaurants, easy parking, and perfectly central to everything in St. Barths. The outdoor terrace overlooking the marina was a dream — the sunsets were absolutely incredible. After 15 years of visiting St. Barths, I can honestly say I would choose to stay here again and again over anywhere else on the island. It truly made our trip perfect. Thank you for an unforgettable stay — we can’t wait to come back!

The Villa Palmier, a french style cottage house, is perfectly located on the beautiful island of St. Barth. It is secluded and tucked away in the hills of Anse de Cayes with a great view down to the beach. The charming open style architecture with it's lovely artisan interior design together with a front side pool sourrounded by natural lush tropical plants is all you need to get you into that chilled caribbean vibe. Indeed Kate crafted a cosy home on this French island which brings the flair of the Rivera's Saint-Tropez to St. Barthélemy. Thank you so much Kate, for providing this oasis.
