You are steps from the restaurants, seafront and transport in Ballutta bay. You are also very close to spa and gym facilities which can be booked for treatments or for weekly access.

The property is located in the lovely and unique hamlet of Madliena, with beautiful villas dotting this little place. Madliena is a quiet, out-of-the way place from the noise and crowded scene of city life, but still close enough (2 kms down from where we are) to the entertainment centre of Paceville with its multitudinous night clubs and bars, to the scenic St. Julians Bay with its many lovely restaurants and promenade.
