Microwave, small frig, coffee pot. NO STOVE, NO WASHER, NO DRYER Private entrance, on site parking. The studio is the back area to a house. The bedroom has no connecting walls. The ac/heater is shared and thermostat is in house; however the studio stays at a comfortable temp.

Recently restored mobile home with new interior paint and floors. Nice utensils, clean towels, and 49" smart TV. Extremely clean with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, three queen beds. Adjacent private covered parking for up to 2 large vehicles or 4 small cars. Very quiet neighborhood. Gardendale water is said to be the best water in Permian Basin. Fully furnished kitchen. 2 queen bedrooms upstairs and one king downstairs with an en-suite full bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom floor the 2 rooms upstairs. Private patio area.

This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

Upstairs we host “The Pilots lounge” Space has updated full kitchen. just a few blocks from the mall and within five minutes of 15 different restaurants. Space has plenty of natural light. backyard with a covered porch. Great space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the park.
