The house was great and a short walk to a playground. There were lots of extra blankets, pillows and linens which was perfect for the kids sleeping on the futon. Neighborhood felt safe and the house is on a quiet street.

This farm house and property is beautiful. Set up and equipped with anything you need to make your stay comfortable. We celebrated our daughter's birthday here with friends and family and we're so thankful for the space, yard, and plenty of rooms. Tamara has been great about responding and answering all my questions from the time of booking, 5 months prior.

We loved coming back to stay! The location is wonderful - quiet and close to downtown. The backyard for our dogs was especially appreciated.

we loved the enclosed space in the back. It's completely fenced in. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. This location is a great central located. The full kitchen wth full table makes it nice to spread out and breath.

We had a comfortable stay at this home while we explored the area. It was a quiet location. I really enjoyed soaking in the big tub. Kitchen is extremely well stocked as far as kitchenware. Bring your own food, condiments and coffee.

This sweet space is few steps from downtown. Easy walk to City Market and easy access to CO National Monument. Cassandra was very friendly and timely in all communication. The house was quiet at night too. It was a perfect place for us! Thank You!

This is our favorite place to stay in Fruita. It’s a very nice space for a couple and our dog loves the room to run a bit. It’s private even though it’s connected to the main house. I feel like Magnum PI when I stay here but no keys to the Ferrari!

Clean and great location

We loved the secluded location of our farm stay. The animals were so cute and friendly! The location was off the beaten path but absolutely beautiful-great stargazing at night, the sun rise and sunsets-not enough words to describe it. The place was plenty big for 2 people. They did offer AC which could be a benefit in the warmer months. We slept great and the water was hot for showers. They have hot tub, fire pit, horse shoes and many other fun games! Stay here and you won’t regret it!

This was our second time here because we liked it so much. It was very cozy and a great spot when you have dogs.

The owner was so friendly and accommodating. Great communication. The perfect place for my hubby and I to crash after a grueling trail run.

Brad and Sarah are great host when we needed something they responded promptly and were always friendly I definitely recommend this place, it’s cozy loved the decoration and beds were really comfortable the whole home was very clean.. thank you Brad and Sarah for having us and when we go to Colorado I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying there again❤️👌

This place is magnificent! Exactly as pictured. We were a party of 11 in town for a wedding and the place is so spacious you never felt like you were on top of each other. Dog friendly. Amazing saltwater pool. Giant kitchen was stocked well. Very tastefully decorated! Plenty of pillows, blankets, closet space. Nicole was SUPER responsive and very easy to work with. Party-friendly ABnBs are not easy to come by and she was great about the planning and reasonable cost per head over in LITERALLY the perfect space. Convenient to everywhere. Worth every penny we spent.

Great spot close to downtown and close to great mt bike riding. Hot tub was clean and hot. communication was great as well.

One bedroom upstairs with an open plan common space and three bedrooms downstairs. The common kitchen/dining/living walks out onto an expansive deck with in-your-face views of Grand Junction, Grand Mesa and the Book Cliffs. Glorious star-watching. Decently isolated from neighbors. The property borders a cute canyon with rough trails leading down to it. Very quiet and remote feeling even though the glittering lights of the city are laid out before you. The property was in excellent condition and well taken care of. We would be happy to go back!

Great spot in the middle of everything. Location is middle of campus, but on a quiet section with established residents, we felt safe even though it was an urban feel. Walking distance to a large park, playground, water park and mainstreet shops/food. Centrally located, which meant a short drive to almost everything else you'd want to do. The house was very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, dishes, etc. Large backyard was nice for our kid and dog, and the hot tub worked well and again, was clean. It is a very old house (think early 1900's), so expect very tall ceilings, kind of low piping, smaller spaces (especially bathrooms) and some funky features that are only found in older homes. Overall, though the stay was great.

This was the perfect spot for our visit. We frequently visit Grand Junction and will always check this spot first in the future. It was quiet and peaceful, at the end of a dead end street. Maverick convenience store is a short walk away if you need anything. Restaurants, grocery, and I-70 all nearby. It was an easy trip over to Moab. Check-in and check-out were so easy. This was my best Airbnb experience when it came to those things. We didn't use the kitchen much, but had everything we needed to do a little cooking. The bathroom was as described and the shower was nice. The bed was a little on the firm side, but even as a side sleeper it didn't cause me any issues. If you're looking for an easy place to crash, this is it. so comfy and friendly. you'll feel at home.

There's no word to describe how amazing this place is! if you are an animal lover, you have to stay here! it was a little slice of heaven and we really enjoyed spending our christmas at this place. We went out every morning and fed the animals treats, got to interact with them as much as we wanted. It was really cool to wake up, open my eyes and see all the animals out the window. awe are big dog lovers in our family and were missing our own pets so it was really great to have the dogs wandering around the property, and we could let them in the house with us to hang out any time we wanted. We will definitely be back to this place!
