Dom wyremontowany, czysty i wyposażony lepiej niż w opisie (np. były podstawowe artykuły - ręczniki, higieniczne). Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Cisza i spokój. Pomimo negatywnej opinii o otoczeniu polecam ten dom i następnym razem też bym go wybrał. Byliśmy po sezonie (wrzesień) i miasteczko było prawie puste. Niestety wszędzie przy ulicach walały się śmieci, cały rejon tak wygląda. Fantastyczna piaszczysta plaża prawie bez ludzi - w dni robocze mieliśmy 50 m do następnego człowieka. Ważne: plaża po lewej strony od wejścia była bardzo zaśmiecona, ale wystarczyło skręcić w prawo i było czysto. Blisko do plaży. Polecam ten dom osobom, które oczekują spokoju i chcą odpocząć od tłumów.

A quirky, unusual place in a good position for visiting Siracusa and the Sicilian east coast. The owners, Sandra and Fabio, are absolutely lovely and made us feel right at home. There are a variety of different areas, both inside and out, in which to relax and eat. For the price, this was exceptional value and highly recommended.

Ubytování bylo skvělé, Rosaria je skvělá hostitelka, hned odpovídala a doporučila nám okolní podniky. Byt je opravdu velmi čistý a nově vybavený. Jeho umístění v Cassibile je dobrou výchozí pozicí pro výlety do přírodních rezervací a okolních měst. Doporučujeme 🤍

L'appart est spacieux, très propre et bien situé. Massimiliano s'est montré disponible et amical et petit détail sympahique: la table était déjà mise pour notre petit déjeuner, avec des copieuses provisions à disposition. Merci beaucoup!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen und grossen Villa von Francesco sehr genossen. Sowohl die Villa, wie auch der phantastische Pool waren blitzsauber. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und angenehm und die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Villa ist somit sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la propriété d'Antonino et Morena, d'une beauté exceptionnelle. Au bout d'un chemin privé fleuri, dans la si belle campagne sicilienne, vous trouverez le porche d'une superbe maison de pierre, sur une cour de masseria immense et très privative. La maison est pleine de charme, dotée de tout le confort moderne, très bien aménagée, et dotée d'une splendide terrasse avec vue sur mer, et d'un jardin ombragé. L'éclairage, le soir, ajoute une touche très romantique à l'ensemble. Quel beau lieu, avec une âme et une poésie très touchante. Morena nous a réservé de multiples délicates attentions et... nous planifions déjà notre prochain séjour ❤️.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in Toplage. Ottavia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, in der Wohnung wartet Wein und andere Getränke & Obst, Kaffee, einfach Toll.Alles in der Nähe was man braucht und auch das Meer nur ein paar Schritte.Komplette Ausstattung der Küche und wir haben seht gut in den Betten geschlafen. Anna is a very kind and generous host. She is one of the best hosts we've ever rented from 😊 Everything was as described and worked well. Good size for a couple. Super fast wifi and comfortable bed. It was nice to be able to return to the apartment after walking the bustling streets of Ortigia. It's just a few yards from the fish shops and market stalls, but tucked back in a little alley. chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

Appartement extrêmement bien situé et confortable. La terrasse tout en haut est exceptionnelle, dans la pointe d’Ortigia avec une vue sur la mer à 360 degrés à couper le souffle. Il faudra monter les 3 étages sans ascenseur (à déconseiller aux personnes ayant des difficultés à monter autant de marches) pour entrer dans un lieu à l’atmosphère très agréable, on se sent vite chez soi. L’agencement est assez spécial, il faut parfois se baisser pour entrer dans la chambre ou sur la terrasse, mais on s’habitue. Hôte très sympathique qui a donné de bons conseils et nous a laissé profiter de quelques heures supplémentaires le dernier jour car il n’y avait personne juste après. Le seul petit point négatif est le manque de volets et d’obscurité dans la chambre du bas, prévoir un masque de nuit si on a besoin de dormir dans le noir.

This apartment is ideal for a visit to Noto. It is a short walk from the centre of town, with easy street parking. The apartment is quiet and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace is a real plus.

Andrea & Daria were great hosts. Our Italian is fairly poor, so it was great to have hosts with great English skills to tell us about the area, their farm, talk about Sicily, help enjoy our time in the region and book us into great restaurants (Andrea even helped us deal with an unfortunate dodgy credit card drama involving a rental car company). Our room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. For us the stay was not really about the accommodation as such (which was great), rather it was that we had great experiences sharing. Andrea had a pizza night and involved us in the experience (great to see the oven and kitchen in action). Andrea is a true B&B host, seems to love sharing, talking and helping guests. I think that is the key to what makes B&B Vinciucci so great. Plus breakfast was pretty awesome as well :)

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Het ontbijt was super lekker en gevarieerd - de zelfgemaakte taarten zijn zeker een pluspunt. De kamer was proper en alles was aanwezig. De koelkast was heel fijn. Enkel de airco deed het niet goed: koelde wel, maar maakte veel lawaai. We zouden het verblijf zeker aanraden als je van een rustige omgeving houdt.

Roberto hat sich sehr viel mühe gegeben und auch Tipps für Unternehmungen, die Lage ist mehr als perfekt. Diese Unterkunft wird mit sehr viel Liebe geführt. Danke Roberto für die tollen Tage!

Valentino est très réactif et accueillant, l’appartement est grand et se situe juste derrière une petite plage . Nous avons très bien dormi grâce à une bonne literie ! Le personnel sur place est charmant et le petit-déjeuner excellent ! Un grand merci !

We had a wonderful time at this B&B ranch hosted by two amazing ladies that have created and offer a beautiful escape. The surrounding nature, landscape and river take you to a peaceful place that is hard to come by these days, but we all could use even more than we know. After the fairytale breakfast in the garden, truly fit for a queen, if your feet are looking for some walking, you'll find no shortage of significant natural areas nearby to explore, and you certainly won't go hungry with all the kitchens in the neighboring villages serving up their various slices of heaven. Just go.

Der Aufenthalt in Martas wunderschönem, modernen Haus war einfach fantastisch. Die Zimmer waren sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, und der Pool bot eine perfekte Möglichkeit, sich in der malerischen Umgebung zu erfrischen. Jeden Morgen gab es ein leckeres Frühstück, das liebevoll von Marta und Fabio zubereitet wurde. Die Landschaft rund um das Haus ist atemberaubend und lädt zum Entspannen und Entdecken ein. Marta war super freundlich, die Kommunikation lief schnell und unkompliziert. Besonders dankbar bin ich für die vielen hilfreichen Tipps und Anregungen, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Alessandra and Simone are great hosts always ready to help out . They live on the top floor with their children , there are 4 bed rooms downstairs from them with a shared landing . There are 1-2 more floors beneath that . Make sure you can walk upstairs 2-3 flights . The simple room has a balcony , private bathroom and large bed , clean and light filled , split system air con . Nice breakfast on the rooftop with spectacular ocean views . Great location 300 m from the beach and surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants and bars but still feels private and cosy . Very flexible and friendly people made me feel at home . They speak fluent English . Wonderful stay . Great value .
