The location was easy to find and extremely convenient. River tube floating rentals are right next door. The host allowed for an early check in, and the condo was just as described. Everything was very clean and spacious. One minor complaint - the tenants directly above our room were very noisy. Sounded like they stomped their steps and were awake late at night and into the early hours. However, all else was great and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Super close to Schlitterbahn, the river, and Gruene. The view off of the back balcony is great. The complex is quiet and has great security. The unit is cozy and has super comfortable beds. Whitney and Justin are very on top of everything and are super friendly and responsive. We will definitely try to book here again in the future!

Great summer vacation spot! Our family enjoyed the view and relaxing time in the pool and hot tub. Also played Frisbee golf and had other options. Would love to come back in the near future!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location for a few nights, and we were thoroughly delighted. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the overall comfort of the property was exceptional. Each room was cozy and well-appointed, providing a truly welcoming atmosphere. Excellent condo for a weekend river and Schlitterbahn trip!

This condo was absolutely perfect. This river was just a short walk away and all the pools were fabulous. Besides normal noises from being in a condo, it was very peaceful. I would definitely come back again! 😊

I really loved our stay. It was perfect for our my husband and I, toddler and 2 dogs. They had a pack and play, which we didn’t expect, and the location is pet friendly. There was a dog patch area a few steps away from our room. The main bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay for a short stay. The place was very clean, and stocked with the basics.

Place resembled exactly as described. We had a great time. A special thanks to the host for generously stacking the kitchen with all the essentials plus useful items that you typically need to get yourself from local stores. Highly recommend this place.

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

Perfect location, 5 minute walk to downtown NB. right on the river. pool and other amenities looked amazing. Lyle was super communicative and easy going, and his condo is super comfortable.

Great place. Very clean. The hosts were helpful and nice. Nice outside area! Would recommend to anyone visiting horseshoe bay.

Airbnb was so much better than expected. All of my 11 family members and myself felt right at home. Having four bathrooms and 8 big beds was a huge luxury. The scenery off the balcony and down by the river was amazing. Weather was perfect not only for us but for all the deer, fish, turtles, rabbits, and fox we saw during our walks. So many walking distance activities and restaurants. Grocery store HEB 10 minute drive. Only downfall was the elevator worked off and on and was difficult for my handicap father to use stairs. Will definitely book again if I have another big family event.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roy’s place, it was so peaceful, clean, and comfortable! The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the fridge was huge. Walking our dog each morning was my favorite, as we were greeted by bird songs and plenty of deer! There was also a fox, two geese, and many different bird species that regularly visited the backyard. The neighbors were awesome! Jerry helped us carry stuff more than once, and Kristin invited us to Easter lunch, which was amazing. We felt so welcome and will never forget their kindness and generosity. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Roy!

Excelente lugar! Nos la pasamos muy bien y agusto, las camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio! El lugar mucho más bonito en persona, solo a minutos de bastantes lugares. La anfitriona fue muy amable y contestaba rápidamente, en verdad recomiendo este lugar!

todo era exactamente como se describía, bello precioso maravilloso, excelente para vacacionar, un pueblo super seguro tranquilo y las personas de allí lindas en todo el sentido de la palabra, hay venados en las calles como perrito jjjj, volvería a ir mil veces, el parque acuático frente al alojamiento, recomiendo comprar los boletos en línea salen más económicos, es un poco caro pero vale la pena, la piscina y el jacuzzi muy buenos, lo amé, no quería volver a 🏡, los encargados del resort siempre están al tanto de lo q uno necesita, Gracias Kody.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay, my husband and I enjoyed our amazing and peaceful stay for our romantic getaway . I loved seeing the fox’s, Deer and fawns. The area was perfect. Listening to the baby birds and watch them hop from branch to branch at the balcony tree was so enjoyable to me. I loved the beautiful sunset. The bed was so comfortable, the pillows were even amazing! A getaway with a greats nights rest is much needed when you plan ahead for full days of excitement. I definitely hope to find a time to come back with our family it was definitely a memorable experience. The owner checked in several times with me to make sure all was well our entire stay. I would definitely give 5 stars! Wonderful Service provided!

Everything was great the only thing I can say was the bed was a bit small and the couch was totally not comfortable to sit a relax. Just my opinion I feel the bed should be in good condition cause it’s were people get to rest.But other then that the place was quiet and relaxing would definitely come back and recommend.

Best Airbnb experience I’ve had! Clean, tidy, and comfortable. Responsive & helpful host. Well stocked toiletries, paper goods, kitchen utensils, lake stuff, etc. Easy access to lake, pools, and other amenities. The entire condo property was well kept and clean, including firewood for the fire pit and grills! Great spot on the lake.

Natalie is an amazing host! The best we have dealt with in all our stays. She is super responsive and even sent us a heap of local recommendations as well as finding a local place for our family to watch the NBA playoffs. Her place is so lovely with all the Texas touches. Perfect for our family. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the deer. There is an amazing heated pool and two hot tubs in the complex, right next to the river. It’s just beautiful. The location is great within walking distance to the water park and close to everything. Very safe area. Highly recommend Natalie’s place for a getaway to the river.
