I cannot recommend The Old Milking Stall (Tim and Barbara) enough!! I stayed there with my family for 4 days and it was more than we could imagine! Tim and Barbara themselves are so welcoming and helpful, they couldn’t be any nicer if they tried! They provide a thoughtful welcome hamper! And for their home it is gorgeous! So beautiful from the garden to the reading nook, it’s perfect for all! Their pet dogs being your friend is a bonus! If you need any help they are willing to do what they can from taxi advice to food recommendations! If you need a place to stay in Skibbereen, The Old Milking Stall is definitely the place to stay! We had a very peaceful family get away to Dominic’s cosy cottage. The cottage is refurbished to the highest standard with everything in good working order. It was absolutely squeaky clean, very spacious both indoors and outdoors with beautiful country views. Dominic was detailed in his instructions and always quick to respond to our queries. This is a lovely spot for a restful break. We would definitely book again.

Anke was a great host. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival and the morning views from the deck were better than we could have wished for. If you are staying in West Cork you could do no better.

I can only try to describe how wonderful a stay my partner and I had in Liams lovely cottage on Cape Clear. This is a unique property that through Liams attention to detail and its location as the most southerly house in Ireland creates an atmosphere conducive to reading/writing and generally relaxing by the fire with ocean sounds the only noise to be heard. There are also some stunning walks with the Atlantic surrounding most of the field of view. We received a warm welcome from Liam who I can only describe as a gentleman, he gave us the run down on all we needed to know for our visit and he was communicative from the start. This was a trip to really remember - thanks again Liam.

The perfect location from which to explore West Cork. The flat was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent WiFi and the convenience of being able to log in to our Netflix. Super comfortable bed. Loved the personal touch of a birthday cake since we’d mentioned we were celebrating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Jays Cabin is gorgeous, really nice use of space in a lovely peaceful location although close to the town. There is a nice seating area at the back, quite sheltered and I was able to sit out quite a lot even though it's September. Interior of the cabin is nicely laid out, main bedroom lovely and bright and super comfortable bed. Would 100% recommend!

Jeni's house was perfect for us. We had 4 children and they loved hanging out in the play room on the 1st floor. The house was spotless and very well equipped. The view from the front window was stunning and very close for the children. They loved having it so near. Jeni responded to us almost immediately when we messaged her. Weve had a few rented places , this one is definitelt the best. The pub was a short walk accross the road. They serve food at the weekends. Perfect location and perfect host. Jeni even arranged sunshine for us !!

We had a lovely stay. Perfect place for a long weekend. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. Thank you for having us!
