The area is great, right beside the beautiful beach with its boardwalk and bike path. Pasquale is a gem. She is so very friendly and helped us out to get a parking permit. The bed is very comfy and the kitchen well stocked. She is right down the street from a good size grocery store and lots of cute shops,cafes and restaurants. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom. Large new shower with good water pressure. Highly recommend for one or two people.

Beautiful house in a great location just out of downtown Toronto. Plenty of walkable places to eat nearby and a short hop over to downtown via the tram, Uber or even the awesome bike sharing program in Toronto. Perfect base camp for exploring all Toronto has to offer. Would definitely recommend.

Johnny and Susie were lovely responsive hosts. My mother Rhonda and I enjoyed our one night stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we liked the spaciousness of the unit. So happy for the keurig machine and all the pleasant little memos. We went for an evening walk in the neighborhood and it was lovely and safe. Thanks Johnny and Susie for your warm hospitality and we would love to stay again.

Saman was a great host. He was friendly and very welcoming. He personally came over to explain everything regarding his property and ensuring we have everything we need. He was also always available for us with any questions we had. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay with him again!

We came up for a concert for the night and it was a great experience. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful perk and very well maintained and nice. The house is beautiful and spacious. Miles was extremely accommodating, we needed to get there a little early to help with making the concert on time and it was no problem at all. He worked with us and when there was an issue with the internet. he came and fixed it in person. The location is killer too! I strongly recommend staying here, it was a wonderful experience in every way!

Place was lovely and as described, very big with lots of space. Lots of cool artwork which I enjoyed! Clive was very communicative and responded very quickly. Two small issues: Check in: we couldn’t check in even a couple of minutes early when we arrived because the code was set until 5pm which is very late check in time. After 10pm quiet time: you have to stay very quiet after 10pm and socialise on the upper floors (where the bedrooms are) after 10pm because there is a tenant in the basement who complains about the noise, which was just five people chatting.

we lived Johan's hosted house over two and half months. it's a pleasant staying. It's cozy and beautiful neighborhood , short distance to subway and almost everything in the walkable distance. Johan is such a responsible and considerate host, We do enjoy our staying.

Highly recommended, will definitely look to stay again when in town next

This unit worked perfectly for our 3 night trip to Toronto to take in a few Blue Jays games, just a short 15-20 minute walk away. Liron’s place is very clean and organized. Beds are comfortable and the unit has everything needed. Communication with host was fast and helpful. Liron provided us with restaurant area recommendations and good detailed check in instructions. I would stay here again for any future trips in the area and would recommend to others without hesitation.

Where you stay can truly make or break a vacation, and this place absolutely made ours! We had an amazing stay at this home in the heart of Parkdale, Toronto! The house was impeccably clean, and the hosts were beyond helpful—always communicative and genuinely kind. The location was unbeatable, with so many charming streets and places within walking distance. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, felt incredibly safe, and even allowed me to enjoy a few early morning runs without a worry. It’s rare to find a place this perfect, and it would be hard not to book here again on my next visit to Toronto. Highly recommend!

Good parking place, easy to access.

Perfectly located between the CN Tower and Distillery District. Many great restaurants and sights to see, within walking distance. I was staying during a work trip, and the second screen and work area were perfect. Bed is super comfortable, and access to the gym was a much appreciated perk. Will be staying again on return visits!

This was our first time in Toronto and we really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to walk to the various street cars in order to get around the city and parking in the garage was available every night. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that threw us for a loop was that the building shuts off the air to turn on the heat at a certain point in the year. This was absolutely not a problem, but as Americans traveling to a different country, it was something we didn't realize would happen. However, we were able to leave the balcony door open with the screen closed and it helped cool us right down :) Overall, we loved our experience and would stay here again if we found ourselves in Toronto in the future.

I can’t actually say enough good things about this place. If you are a solo/couple and you want to be in the heart of downtown with beautiful views and easy walking access to everything downtown, stay here. Pranab was fantastic with instructions on how to get in and the apartment was very comfortable. You look directly at the CN Tower, Rogers Centre and Billy Bishop Airport and ScotiaBank Arena is steps away. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting a romantic getaway to Toronto. Awesome place!

I had a great stay at this lovely luxury apartment near Toronto. The space was clean, modern, and super comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with, which made everything feel smooth from the start. Parking was a little tricky to figure out at first, and the entrance could be better explained for first time guests, but once I got settled, it was no problem at all. The area has lots to do, and overall I had a really positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and convenient stay near the city.
