What a lovely experience at this property! The working ranch with a vineyard, creek,chickens,alpaca, goats and even a few puppies was refreshing! It was so thoughtful of the host to give us fresh eggs and a bottle of homemade wine! The veranda style deck, hot tub and expansive views of the mountains was so relaxing. The house had plenty of rooms to have your own space yet areas where we could all gather with great views. I would definitely stay here again! Just lovely!

We had a wonderful weekend with friends at Katherine's magical cabin! It was clean and comfortable with charming decor and a cozy ambiance. We also truly appreciate this little slice of paradise not only being pet friendly, but pet welcoming with pet bowls and treats available. We loved being able to have our furry family with us as well. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

This is the second visit for us to the Bear Lodge. We travel a lot and the lodge is absolutely amazing! It is supplied with comforts of home and they have gone above and beyond with extras!!! We can’t recommend it enough and if your visit takes you to the Sutter Creek area….THIS IS A MUST! This is above Super Host status!

Excellent place. Quiet and private location right on a river. Perfect for a family or small group. The kids loved the games and playing by the river. The adults loved being close to lots of wineries and unwinding in the hot tub. The place was clean and well appointed.

The place was pretty nice. Good location. The fire pit and fire place were very nice. The hot tub was kind of murky but appreciated nonetheless.

Noel’s place is perfect for our family! Plenty of room and a great location! We would love to stay again soon!

I really enjoyed my stay at Miner’s. The hosts were really proactive in giving me all the information I needed well in advance of my trip so I wasn’t stressing trying to figure everything out when I got there. The place was super cute and had a fantastic yard. Our toddler loved playing on the toys out back and the green space was perfect for us. The bed was also so comfy…we had a great night’s sleep. If you are looking for a place to relax or if you are attending a wedding down the street (like we did), this is a great choice. I highly recommend it.

Miner’s Camp is a very cute, quiet little cluster of cabins. Ours, a small single bed with a kitchenette was perfect for our stay at the Western States Training Camp. The cabin’s location was a short walk to the Foresthill Elementary school, coffee shop and cafes. The cabin was clean, instructions were clear, and the property was super quiet despite the other nearby cabins. Our kitchenette was minimal (we had two of everything, plates, cups, mugs, so lots of dish washing) and equipped for simple cooking rather than full meals, but it got the job done.

Exactly as described. Definitely rustic themed but very clean. Bed was very comfortable and dressed with soft linens. Perfect for my one night stay.

had a good time. it rained so the grandkids couldn't enjoy the grass area but it was a great theme. lots of places to eat

My sister lives in Forest Hill about 5 minutes away. We had a very nice time. We loved it. Adorable.

This cabin was better than the description! Loved this cabin. So comfortable, adorable, and a great location in town. We arrived at night. The heat was on the the cabin was very comfortable when we arrived. Had everything we needed and more.

Super cute little cabin in a beautiful location! It had everything we needed and loved being able to bring our pup. Would absolutely stay again!

You will not regret booking this cabin! It is private and peaceful. It's got everything you need and more, from towels to kitchenware. Super easy to find and clear instructions on everything. Our favorite part was the river access! My dog learned the path quickly and insisted on going back everyday. You can see and hear the river from the front cover porch. We were there through the 4th of July holiday and the cabin was decorated, as a person who loves to decorate for holidays, that gesture went a long way for me. We felt right at home and did not want to leave. BUT we will be back!

I have stayed here multiple times and always have had a great experience. It’s a beautiful property with the full cabin in the woods experience. A beautiful night sky with the sound of nature. I highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property and surroundings are beautiful, the cabin was rustic but with many modern conveniences, and was exceptionally clean. Linda was a particularly gracious hostess. Little touches like the wood-burning stove and the communal kitchen in the main house really elevated the experience. This is a great area with wineries, Apple Hill farms, and historic Placerville, but is also good for just getting away and relaxing. This property is a perfect central location for visits to the area. We will definitely plan on returning, next time for a longer stay.
