Living room, dine-in kitchen, laundry room, & half bath are located on the first floor. AC is provided on the first floor and in both bedrooms. Cable & internet provided. Sorry, pets are not allowed. No smoking/vaping. This listing is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is close to downtown Napoleon and the Maumee River!

Welcome to your home away from home! The General's quarters is a flat in vibrant and growing Northwest Ohio. Centrally located near the conveniences of the northside of Defiance near the College, restaurants, and shops. Also just off of US 24 which puts you in some great larger cities with just a short drive. Themed with the rich history of how Defiance came to be through General Anthony Wayne's defiance of the "English, Indians and all the Demons of Hell" shortly after the Revolutionary War.

Guest Access: House is equipped with a smart lock and guests will be provided with a custom access code on the day of checkin.

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot by the Maumee River. You can fish, kayak, have a cozy fire, or grill out. Located right beside a city park. Two blocks from the Lumberyard Winery. Three blocks from downtown sports bars and restaurants. Great Mexican restaurant called "Azul's just down the road from the cottage. Quite setting to unwind and relax . We are not handicap capable, sorry!
