I love staying at Sheila’s place. I’m a return customer. Her place is a nice little no frills place off the beach. It’s immaculately cleaned The area is very walkable to the boardwalk. It’s comfortable and I feel safe when I am there. There is some noise as it’s close to “the action” but that’s a part of the appeal. The place does allow pets however there is a weight restriction so if you plan on taking your pet you must talk with her when you book the place. Sheila herself is super communicative. She is kind and respectful. You really cannot go wrong with this diamond in the rough.

Our stay at Ina's place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The accommodation was impeccably clean and incredibly cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our experience special. Ina was an exceptional host, providing excellent attention to detail and making sure we had everything we needed. The communication was smooth, and her hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. The space was both comfortable and inviting - truly a home away from home. Second time staying here. Absolutely perfect! Good amount of space, clean/neat. I feel right at home. Close to downtown Fort Mill, easily navigate to the interstate highway. Great restaurants, DoorDash options are good too. Neighborhood is quiet, and I felt very safe

We were in town to celebrate our son’s wedding. Casey and Carl’s home was the perfect place the to rest in between activities. The master sweet was an oasis amid very busy days. We loved the back fire pit to roast hot dogs and make s’mores. We highly recommend this home!

Rob and Heather were great hosts. The place is exactly as described in the listing. All of their communication was quick and helpful. We stayed a week with our 2 dogs while we were having work done on our home. I appreciated having a desk and monitor in the master since I work remotely. The neighborhood park was great for walking the dogs. We needed to stay an additional night and they were able to accommodate which was greatly appreciated.

Rachel's house was very clean and inviting. We loved the layout and it was great for our family. Nice neighborhood were we could walk our dog without any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

We needed a short-term rental while our home was being completed, and Brandi's home was the perfect fit. The location was ideal—close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The spacious yard was great for our pups, and the quiet neighborhood provided a lovely setting for walks. Brandi was incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. If I were simply visiting the area, I would highly recommend this location, as it offers convenient access to a variety of attractions, from Myrtle Beach to Wilmington.

This was our second time staying at Reeve’s place while on a road trip. Only a few minutes off of 95. My mom and I had our two dogs with us. The pool house is the perfect size for two people. Both the bed and pull out are super comfortable. We were able to keep the gates to the pool closed so that our dogs didn’t bother the house dogs - although they are very sweet and quiet pups! Will definitely stay again on our next drive down 95. Thanks for having us back!

We loved this place! We have stayed at Patricia Grand several times, but this condo really had it all. We liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area. We were in town to compete in a weightlifting competition, so the full kitchen was great. Loved that there's a mini dishwasher too. Our senior chihuahuas also seemed to enjoy the place. You can't hear any outside noise once you're in the unit. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect host! Very responsive and accommodating. We stayed here due to repairs being done to our home and Edward was most accommodating to our needs and allowed early check in. He responds practically immediately. He went above and beyond for our stay here. Much appreciated! Thank you a million times over!

We loved the house; lots a room for our two families to enjoy! Teens hung out in the pool every evening. Location is perfect between Myrtle Beach and Charleston for day trips into town!

This place was GREAT! My family and I had enough space for all 8 of us! The kitchen had everything we needed to make all our meals. We were right in the middle of everything! We were able to walk to the beach and to the surrounding stores and restaurants. All the rooms have their own TV so we weren’t fighting over the remote. If I had to choose one thing, I would say I was only disappointed that the pool water wasn’t warmer for what we paid for it :( Again, the host communicated very well and said that it was on a timer, but it seemed like it never warmed up so I didn’t swim but, my kids still swam and loved it! We were down for my daughter‘s birthday, and the host made a great recommendation for ice cream, which was one of my daughters request for the trip. This property is definitely a must stay!

Jessica was very responsive. The place was spotless and very cozy. The backyard was our favorite hangout spot! The kids enjoyed the big back yard to run around in, they didn’t want to leave.

Cliff is always great and responsive. We have rented his places before and it has always been a great experience. Thanks again for another great stay!

Lovely property with a beautiful view. Sunsets were amazing. Home was clean and well stocked. Ping pong and bumper pool were fun on a stormy day. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Home was as described and looked exactly as presented in photos and listing. Highly recommend.

The cabin was lovely and right on the river. We didn’t have much luck with the fishing unfortunately but that didn’t matter too much because we enjoyed how nice and peaceful It was on the floating dock. We also enjoyed the fire pit and the played a few games of cornhole that was available at the cabin. The cabin itself was cozy and no issues with cleanliness or odors as another review stated. In the photos the cabin looks pretty remote. However there are other homes/cabins next to it, so just be aware. The ones on either sides of us were empty while we were there so no issues. We loved the cabin and will likely be back for another weekend getaway.

The Coastal Cottage that we stayed in was absolutely wonderful, the beach decor was so cute! The cottage was very clean and well equipped with all that we needed! We had so much fun, surf fishing in Garden City and singing karaoke on the Garden City pier! We were also close to some major restaurants and the marsh walk! Can't wait to go back! Steve & Teri

The place was awesome. It was clean & in a great location. Communication was great & she made us feel right at home. No complaints at all. Would recommend. We look forward to staying again soon.

The house is in a great location by the water on one side with the dock and a block away from the beach (3-5 minute walk). You could see the sunrise and sunset if you wanted which was beautiful. The house is just as advertised and the downstairs screened in area is huge and great for a cookout. The inside of the house was very clean and beachy. We cooked quite a bit and the house had everything we needed in terms of plates, pots, utensils etc and we could squeeze all ten of us around the table. The house is very close to Publix and fresh market for supplies. Jane was super friendly and responded right away if I had any questions. I would recommend this house 100%.

This was a perfect stay while visiting the area. I loved the location, as it reminded me of the old south that I visited as a child. Amber is very responsive.
