Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. The bedroom is located in the loft a common area with a queen size and a full size bed both accessible from the stairs.
