A nice place at the Euro Village. Our stay was great! It was safe, comfortable, and peaceful. We had everything we needed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer (shared between two units in a foyer). The private parking was well labeled and close to the elevator - so was the unit, which made it easy to haul our luggage. We were able to sit and listen to music in the center from our balcony. There was a cute little market on Sunday. We even saw hermit crabs at low tide on the St Joe Walkway across the street - which the village had a legitimate pedestrian crossing to access. Arlene and Caio were very responsive. We would stay again.

We fish tournaments and frequently stay in BNB’s. This was hands down the best one yet. The host contacted me once we arrived and walked me through everything on the phone so we knew where everything was. We had an issue with no hot water, I contacted her and she had it fixed before we returned to the house the next day. She was very flexible on the check in/out procedure which made things easy for us. The house was great and we had a cover to back the boat under so it stay dry without having to put cover on it. We will definitely use the place again. Highly recommend for anyone in the area.

Loved this location. Palm Coast was lovely. Lovely beaches and not too crowded. The condo was perfect. It was homey and clean with sweet beach flare. Access to the beach was super close! John was very responsive and helpful. I hope we can go back! Thanks so much John and Elizabeth for a great stay!

The location is amazing if you are looking for ocean views, easy access to the beach, and an awesome host. The place is clean, and comfortable. Our family had a great time during the Thanksgiving week.

This is an excellent place to stay. There is plenty of room for our family of five (all adult sized). It is a clean and comfy condo......we feel very much at home. The kitchen is very well stocked. Sue responds quickly to messages, is very kind & helpful, and gave me great information about the area. We would not hesitate to rent this condo ......or any others that Sue has ..... in the future. As a matter of fact, we rented from her last year. When this one popped up while I was searching for an available place, I was very pleased to see that it was hers. That was an important factor in our decision. The view of the beach & ocean is beautiful with amazing sunrises! Seriously, there is a lot of dolphin activity ..... we are pretty sure we saw a whale out there one evening, too! It is obvious that Sue truly strives to be sure her condo is an inviting place to spend your vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend one of Sue’s vacation homes to family and friends.

From the moment we requested to stay until we checked out, the warm welcome and communication with Gregg has been top-notch. We arrived to his home to be greeted by the host and his wonderful family, as they were headed out (I'm guessing a rare opportunity to actually meet in person), and received nothing but a warm welcome and invite! The house was very clean, perfectly decorated for the beachy atmosphere. Everything we needed was right there. Instructions were as clear as can be, he checked in a couple of times to ensure our stay was comfortable and to see if we needed anything. Gregg was not only a very welcoming and accommodating host, but instantly felt like a friend. (Of course being a native (former) Wisconsinite myself, we definitely have that in common! We had a great experience and highly recommend the Flagler Beach House. Oh, did I mention that the ocean is literally RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!!! Just Beautiful!!! Thank you for everything, Gregg!

We really enjoyed our stay. Love the natural habitat watching the Tortoise. The view of ocean was beautiful. Very relaxing will definitely recommend.

went out there for a weekend with my wife and our pet Lillie. We had a great time. everything was as advertised. The home was cleaned and the location was perfect for us to go to the beach and walk to some restaurants. We will definitely consider coming back. Thank you Andres.

I had the happy accident of stumbling on this property! I am a local and was looking to get away and bring my work with me to get caught up on some business. I also wanted to spend time with myself, nature, and reconnect. This was the perfect place to do this! It was both quiet and peaceful, yet near all the happenings. You can literally park and walk throughout Flager Beach. It never felt too busy with the exception of a local ladies' night at a nearby bar/restaurant one evening. But that didn't even make it too terrible. The house was automatically home for me, and it was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The walk to the beach is extremely convenient for sunrises and you can even walk to the river. I had the pleasure of meeting the hosts and they were happy and genuinely looking to improve their provided experiences. You can sense their passion through this compound of properties they own and I will be looking forward to staying many more times in the future!

We are so thankful to have found Stacey’s place during our stay over the holidays. My father is receiving cancer treatment, and it was the perfect home for me and my family to make quality memories. Stacey was thoughtful, considerate, and flexible with us and we appreciate her generosity so much. A beautiful, peaceful home within walking distance to the beach…what more could you ask for? A great place to stay in Ormond Beach!

Joseph’s house was a comfortable duplex in a quiet area. We would stay there again.

Donald’s place was perfect for my friend and I to have a relaxing week in sunny Florida. His unit is as described and met all our needs. The location is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway.

Erin’s spot was great! Would love to stay again, the kids & wifey had tons to do in the house and around the area while I was stuck working during the morning (which was at the amazing desk in the master bedroom)! It was hard keeping the kids out of the water! The beach at the end of the street had tons of shells for the kids to collect & we had just warm enough weather to swim every day & night lol I’m not sure where the toys kept coming from but there is quite a lot of choices for the smaller kids! The beach toys were amazing as well!!

Thank you so much for this beautiful place. The condo was very homey, comfortable and well stocked. Beds were comfortable too. Check in was a breeze, and the view of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony was just perfect! We saw lots of dolphins, and I truly enjoyed the peaceful, uncrowded beach loaded with seashells. My 4 year old granddaughter had a great time building sand castles and playing in the waves. It was a great 4 weeks and I was sorry to see it come to an end! Karen kept me informed of everything that I needed to know to make my stay even better! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with me.

The location of this condo is perfect, directly across the street from the ocean. The king bed was very comfortable and the space was perfect for our family of 4!

Helene & Catheryne's place was great! Their top floor condo that is directly on the beach has a spectacular view of the ocean. We spent a few hours sitting outside on the covered balcony enjoying the ocean breezes. The condo was very quiet inside, and the plantation shutters enable you to adjust how much light you want. The king-size bed was super-comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. They were always responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

This condo was exceptional-view was beautiful-super stocked with anything and everything you might need-beds are very comfy-lots of places to dine at, to visit, and to shod Love it here. Annette, our host was the best. Thank you for a Great Vacation!!!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future.
