Carmen was an amazing host. She greeted us on arrival. The apartment was in a family friendly location in Brown Hill and was in close proximity to grocery stores. The place was clean, tidy and had all the amenities in the kitchen. In the morning, we had beautiful views of the water and the Nevis Peak. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

We absolutely LOVED Cassandra's home. It was a beautiful, spacious home for our family of 6 adults and one infant. The home was beautifully furnished, clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best was the outdoor area. We loved spending time in the pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, watching the waves crash ashore. We spent numerous hours around the outdoor dining table admiring the view and enjoying the peace and quiet. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to spend quality with family and friends.

Our group of 10 active seniors had a wonderful stay at Vanessa’s house. The house and setting is even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed the outdoor space immensely- the views of Nevis Peak while floating in the huge pool, BBQing on the pool patio, and watching the monkeys.The house and the pool house are very well equipped and comfortable. The location is in convenient to all the wonderful beaches and historic sites on Nevis. Buckey, the house manager was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with requests, questions, and minor problems. Nevis really is paradise and the people there are so kind!

We really loved our stay at the Unique Villa. Lynell and Omel were very welcoming hosts and it was a real pleasure to talk with them about their experiences. They picked us up from the Oualie Beach water taxi dock, which is only 5 minutes from the Villa. They also explained how to ride the buses, which we did 6-7 times over the 2 days we explored Nevis. We appreciated their recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The Villa is perfect for a family of 3. The bedroom A/C was very much appreciated at night. Kitchen is well equipped. We used the outdoor shower (and the regular indoor shower), the clothesline, great WiFi, TV with all channels. If we make it back to Nevis, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

We met Derek at the boat drop off, he was very friendly and welcoming. He had kindly got us some provisions in until we were able to get to the supermarket. Carpe Diem was in the perfect setting and road. Every property is beautiful in Fern Road and centrally situated for the beach, bars and restaurants. The monkeys were fascinating to watch. I would definitely stay at Carpe Diem and anyone that does stay there is very lucky. The air conditioning was the icing on the cake. Everyone in Nevis is so helpful and friendly. I have been going to Nevis every year since 2015 and I love it so much. Thank you once again Carpe Diem, you delivered everything and more . Michele ❤️❤️❤️

Terrific layout of three separate buildings and pool provided a perfect combination of privacy, convenience and an indoor/outdoor ambiance for two adult couples. (plus an additional bedroom suite that would have accommodated another couple or children.) Pleasant decor and well equipped kitchen. Completely private grounds were beautifully maintained and gave the perception of being on our own, private plantation. Walkable to spectacular resort restaurant at Montpelier Plantation. Wayne's representative, Pulmattie helped us beginning with travel plans through to departure. She arranged our St. Kitt airport to Nevis transportation and our rental car. She led us to the house, gave us a tour and a lot of local information and was immediately available throughout our stay for any questions we had. She grocery shopped for us before our arrival and helped to arrange our departure transportation.

We LOVE this place so much! We stay here every visit and always recommend to family and friends that absolutely Love it as well. From the first moment your feet hit the sidewalk inside the gate , it feels like home .Very large kitchen, you can cook all of your meals here. 3 bedrooms AND a pullout sofa . Loads of space for extra guests. ( she owns the neighbouring house as well if you need extra space- she rents that one as too ;). ) My wife is picky about places, and this one she gives 5 stars ⭐️ The house is just great, very clean, gated, secure, a/c and fans in every room. We love introducing our family and friends to Nevis by staying here . Everyone is so sad to leave and cannot wait to stay at this house again on their next visit . And that chirping sound at dusk , is the geckos singing you softly to sleep under the star filled sky. Be sure to open your blinds early to watch the sunrise over the palm trees -spectacular.And as always Tazel adds the perfect touches to our stays .

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.
