Comme son nom l’indique, il s’agit bien d’un havre de paix!! Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Appartement très propre, et bien équipé. La literie très confortable digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Zakariae est un hôte très attentionné et réactif, je le remercie pour l’accueil chaleureux et tout le reste.

Solo podemos estar agradecidas, la comunicación es impecable, todas las recomendaciones y atenciones maravillosas. La casa es preciosa, igual que en las fotografías, tiene muchos detalles como bastoncillos, cepillo, secador, pinzas para el pelo, plancha, cápsulas de café, azúcar... tiene todo y más, está cuidado al máximo detalle. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Asmae was so nice and responsive. She helped us check-in super late at night and made sure we had everything. The place is very close to the train station and walkable to many cafes. The place was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!

Everything was nice. The space so elegant and huge that it seems enough to invite 30-50 people to make a royal party. But only thing she should clearly inform us or other guests was additional costs. Breakfast fee was additional and it was not informed well. I found it was not free through reviews. In addition, price was different from reviews. She sincerely made efforts to satisfy us. It was great. However most of that was related to money

Äusserst grosse und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Netter Kontakt mit Amine und Ansprechpersonen vor Ort. Parkplatz direkt vor Hauseingang. Für Gruppen und Familien sehr empfehlenswert.

The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. I recently had the joy of living in a lovely traditional house, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the classic architecture and inviting front porch welcomed us home. The interior features beautiful hardwood floors and elegant moldings that add to its charm. The spacious living room, complete with a fireplace, became our favorite gathering place for family and friends. Each bedroom has its own unique character, with plenty of natural light and comfortable spaces for relaxation. Overall, this traditional house has been a perfect blend of comfort and charm. It truly felt like home, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a warm and inviting place to live!

Siamo state in 10 amiche nel Riad . Tutto è andato benissimo, tranquillo, camere comode, le piccole meglio per 1 persona, le 2 molto grandi anche per 3 persone . Bravissima per la colazione Fatima che prepara buoni manicaretti. Ottimo, da consigliare .

Thank you Samira for a great stay and making us feel so welcomed. It was amazing to stay in such a beautiful, historic house in such a convenient location in the Medina. The rooftop is especially nice (even in the rain we had on our visit). We really enjoyed exploring the souks and local restaurants. Was a brilliant place for us as a family with young kids.

Apartment was really spacious and well kept. Everything you need was there and everything was really clean. The building is new and in a good neighborhood. Communication with Imane was easy and proactive. She helped us finding the way to the apartment and was really flexible. Would definitely recommend.

As a solo traveller, it's perfectly fine for me. It's clean generally, with a comfortable bed and enough blankets (could get quite chilly in sleep hours). Bathroom is quite small but I'm okay with it (could be a problem for tall guys though). Sebastian is also a very friendly and responsive host, with clear instructions he made check-in easy. I found the value impeccable for its price.

J'ai apprécié la réactivité de Ahmed bien que j'ai rencontré une difficulté à la réservation. Il a su de suite m'aider à réserver. Je me suis bien reposée, j'aurais aimé rester okis longtemps car le cadre est verdoyant, paisible, tout à proximité. Le SPA au pied de l'immeuble c'est un atout majeur pour se relaxer et prendre soin de soi. Des restaurants succulents tout autour. Ouahdie un hôte présent. Du gardiennage et de la sécurité permet un vrai lâché prise. Ils ont repindu à toutes nos demandes. Merci et au plaisir d'y revenir

Very well located charming and tidy apartment, it is surrounded by so many restaurents and nice cafes. Badr is very professional host in customer service and communication. i strongly recommend Badr's place.
