It is a tight fit with that many people since it is a small 750 square foot bungalow. Perfect location if you are in town for business or pleasure. Close to Ferndale restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the Detroit Zoo. Keypad entry makes coming and going a breeze. Pets are welcome. Additional $100 fee will be added while booking.

Welcome! We are happy to host you in our separate, detached, private bedroom with separate bath. This unit is attached to our garage. It’s a sweet little place, convenient to Woodward, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Beaumont hospital. There is one parking spot available behind the unit with a secure path to the door. The following are included: linens, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, microwave, mini fridge, and Netflix. Sorry no kitchen or cooking and we cannot accept pets. No long term rentals.

We have a small dog and a cat. Smudge & Commander Muffins won't be in your space while you're with us (& are rarely there otherwise), but if you have animal allergies, this is likely not the best place for you. A short drive to downtown Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham, and also to fabulous & historic Detroit.
