The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Vraiment une super adresse pour loger à Istanbul en famille ou entre amis. Cette maison est parfaite par sa situation : commerces, tram, restos à proximité dans le joli quartier tranquille de Balat. Équipement et literies au top ; Gila a été très accueillant, de bon conseil, toujours disponible et réactif 👍 !

I'd book this place again in a heartbeat. Moussaab was very responsive and accommodating, and always helpful. The place itself was kept clean and with all the amenities you'd need - water, towels, bed linen, tea/coffee, a stove, etc. The only thing I'd change about this place is the size of the bathrooms - they're tiny. Apart from that, it's a great place! As others have pointed out, the incline might be a challenge for some but it is just about 20 minutes away from Taksim Square, the metro, etc. Really good location if you'd like to explore the sights on both sides of Istanbul. Moussaab also had some really good recommendations for food so I'd highly suggest asking him for those. All in all, I'd look to book this place if I'm ever in Istanbul again.

Me and my husband spent 7 days in Mamati's house. Check-in very Easy, even we were late Mamati waited for us. The house Is an old-ottoman house with everything you need, Is very well located in few minutes you have bus 99A, 55 and the line T5 witch will connect you easily with different parts of the city. the house has around good places for breakfast , restaurants and shopping. On top of that the view from the house and terrace Is top!

Было легко найти дом и заселиться, внутри было чисто, тихо, и видно, что пространство создано со вкусом и любовью. Я останавливалась во многих Airbnb и могу признаться, осталась под большим впечатлением от вашего. Также вы нам очень помогли, разрешив оставить вещи в день выселения и забрать их позже, чтобы успеть еще раз насладиться прогулкой и стамбульским завтраком. Благодарю вас от души и жду новых встреч!

We were very happy with the apartment. It was very clean and very big, perfect for 5 people. The owner of the apartment was also very friendly and accommodating. He sent us all the necessary information in good time and was always available. If you had any questions you could always write to him and he helped you. He also gave us lots of helpful tips on how best to get around and what was nearby. We can only recommend the apartment 👍🏻 Thank you very much

I loved my stay in Istanbul and staying in Nej's apartment was very good! The apartment is close to restaurants and shops, which is an advantage for easy access. It looks just like the photos and it’s very clean! I recommend it ☺️

Semuanya sesuai, tuan rumah responsif. Hanya saja kode pembuka penyimpanan kunci aktual dengan yang diberikan berbeda tapi tuan rumah cepat tanggap jadi tidak menjadi masalah. Rumah bagus bersih. Hanya saja ada di lantai 5 tanpa lift. Saya membawa koper setiap orang jadi lumayan sulit. Tap secara keseluruhan sangat liar biasa. Kalau ada kesempatan berkunjung lagi ke Istanbul akan menginap di sini lagi. Terima kasih.

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and decent location

I had an amazing Airbnb experience at Mr. Ali’s apartment in Istanbul. The location was absolutely prime—everything you need is just a stone’s throw away. On weekends, when you open the window at night, you’re treated to the most incredible music, creating a vibrant atmosphere. During the rest of the week, it’s perfectly peaceful with no noise disturbances. Mr. Ali is a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and always ready to help. Even if I had a question unrelated to the stay, like how to get to certain places, he would reply immediately! One of the highlights was on December 31st, when we returned to the apartment and found a bag hanging on our door. Inside was delicious Turkish baklava and a thoughtful card from Mr. Ali wishing us a Happy New Year. It was such a kind and memorable gesture. Everything about the stay was perfect, and I can confidently say this won’t be my last time staying here. Highly recommend!

Great apartment for a family with kids to spend some relaxed days in Istanbul. The apartment has an old school charm yet is modern in its amenities. The kitchen is super well equipped. The location could not be better for exploring Istanbul on foot. The host was lovely, kind, helpful and flexible. All in all, the apartment is highly recommendable.

منطقة هادية جداً و كأنك في ريف لا تسمع ابواق سيارات و ازعاج. و مستوى الامان عالي جداً في المنطقة و في الشقة ايضا المضيف شخص رائع و ودود و حريص على مساعدتنا و توفير الخدمة لنا و شرح لنا منذ البداية كيف يمكن الوصول إلى الشقة و الحصول على المفتاح و شرح محتويات الشقة ، و شعرت كأني في بيتي كل شي نظيف و متوفر المطبخ مؤثث بكل ما نحتاجه الثلاجة كبيرة ، الشاور يعمل جيداً و قوة دفع الماء قوية ، توفر مناديل الحمام و الفوط و يوجد صندوق إسعافات اولية وهذا شي جميل و نادر ما نجده في شقق الايجار، الشقة تتميز بأنها شرحة حيث ان فيها شبابيك كبيرة تسمح بدخول الضوء و الشمس للشقة و لا تسمع الا اصوات الطيور او بعض المارة الغير مزعجين ، يوجد بقالة و مطعم لبناني و صيدلية و محلات تجارية في الشارع المجاور .

Clean and completed with everything apartment, perfectly match with description and photos. Lisa was responsive and helped a lot with details of the arrival and during the stay. Stay was great, but during 1st May Holiday area was blocked with police, so only buses may get in, so check twice your road trip.

The place is easy to find, just couple of turns from the metro station nearby. Whole flat was clean as possible. Getting in and out was easy. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes around. Mr. Volkan is super responsive and helpful host. Overall highly recommended!

تجربه جميلة و مريحه و آمنه ، منطقه جميله ، تسجيل دخول سلس ، قد تكون المنطقه تبعد نوعا عن الاماكن لكن بشكل عام رهيبه و هادئه ، السكن مناسب و كبير لو عدت الى اسطنبول سأقوم بحجزه مره اخرى

Everything was perfect, very cool apartment, amazing location, great communication from özra & it had everything we needed. Great value for money and we will likely stay here again when we are back in Istanbul.

The space is quite bright and has all the basic luxuries. It is a bit challenging since its on a hill but that’s normal in İstanbul. Also there s no elevator. But you got plenty of space to breath. Good space. Recommended.

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!
