Posto davvero magico. Peccato essere stato solo una notte. Purtroppo la Smyril Line ha anticipato la partenza di un giorno così ho dovuto lasciare la casa prima. Alina mi ha rimborsato la notte immediatamente. Onestà incredibile e servizio efficiente. Consiglio a tutti di venire in questo posto dove si è soli con l’oceano. Una notte e un’alba incredibili

A great location to stay while on the Faeröer 🇫🇴. Susanna is a very friendly host and her house is welcoming and cozy. Kitchen is well equipped, as is the rest of house. Stable internet should you need it. Easy drive from Torshavn and well positioned for all sorts of great activities and hikes in the Faeröer.

Olafs hus var dejligt, med alt hvad man skal bruge til et lille get away i et sommerhus. Der var gode muligheder for hygge med brændeovn, brætspil m.m. Rigtig behagelige sengepladser. Vi kommer gerne igen en andengang.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit großartigen Ausblicken aus dem Eckfenster und der oben gelegenen Terrasse. Rannvá ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, fragt nach ob alles gut ist und gab im Vorfeld hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung. Oynafjordur ist eine wunderbare Gegend und man kann es gut als Basis für Wanderungen oder weitere Ausflüge nehmen.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. it was perfext for two, but can easily accommodate more (3 bedrooms of which we only used 2). the interior is a true gem - a way-back-machine to the early 20th century, antique furniture, a shockingly well equipped kitchen (really, kudos for that! ther is also a cupboard with proper cocktail tools, something i've never seen in airbnbs before...), while not missing out on any amenities. I would gladly come again! Also, there was the most lovely guest book. If you want to check out the Elusive Glass Puffin and where to find it plus other guest's local recommendations, you need to visit yourself and have a look!

We really, really enjoyed our stay in Elsa`s beautiful and cozy home in Elduvik and recommend this as highly as we can possibly recommend a place to stay. It was truly a unique place to stay in Elduvik and significant care was made to make this a really homey place, from the design touches to a meticulous renovation of a traditional home. Indeed there are no restaurants or stores in the village, but that is the charm of staying here. Cooking in, going to the fish market and supermarket before arriving and simply enjoying a very special and unique experience separated from the stresses of life. The house has everything you need and you feel immediately warm and at home as soon as you walk in. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Elsa for the wonderful stay and truly special experience.
