Hegranes guesthouse on a farm

We would like to welcome you to come and stay in our lovely guesthouse at our farm in the heart of Skagafjordur. Here you can relax and enjoy your evening in our hot tub, take a walk to visit our calm and gentle horses, we also own a beautiful lake and we are "forest farmers" i.e. we plant 10.000 trees each year and we can highly recommend a stroll through our young forest to the lake. There will be sheep, chicken, cats and dogs around and next to the house there is a beautiful old church:)

A quiet place with a stunning view for small group

The house is located on a small farm in north Iceland. Guests have a lot of privacy in the house as it stands alone. You might see our horses and even sheep close to the house. Our dog and cat are friendly and might pay you a visit. You can go for short walks among horses, sheep and birds in a varied landscape. During the winter, there is a unique experience to sit in the hot tub and watch the northern lights. The house is a good place for home office due to high speed wi-fi and facilities.

Family paradise in the country

A beautiful house in the countryside located just 2km outside of the small town of Ólafsfjörður. Ideal for families to relax and enjoy the nature. In the summertime there is access to a lake and a lot of beautiful walking trails and hikes in the surrounding mountains. In the wintertime this is an absolute paradise for skiing and all kinds of winter sports and activities. On the property is a small forest, a lot of birdlife and it feels like you are million miles away from the nearest town.

Fullkomin fyrir par eða litla fjölskyldu. Bústaðurinn er 32m2, með stóra verönd, frábært útsýni yfir Vestmannsvatn. Í bústaðnum er eitt svefnherbergi með hjónarúm, baðherbergi og sambyggð stofa og eldhús. Í stofunni er svefnsófi fyrir 2 og flatskjár. Á veröndinni er heitur pottur, stórt útiborð með 6 stólum. Reikingar eru bannaðar í húsinu. Bústaðnum fylgir árabátur sem má nota á eigin ábyrgð. Ef men hafa Veiðikortið er hægt að veiða í vatninu. 27 km til Húsavíkur og 60 km til Akureyrar.

Welcome to Höfði! We offer a cozy cottage in a stunning location in Dalvik, surrounded by the Svarfadardalur Nature Reserve! Hàr is a cottage that can accommodate up to 5 people (2 single beds in a room, a single and a french size double bed in the other one). The cottage has a well equipped kitchen, a big living room and a bathroom with shower. Outside on the private patio a hot tube, a BBQ, table and chairs are available. Úr stofu er gengið út á svalir til austurs og verönd til suðurs. Á baðherbergi er sturta og þaðan er útgegnt á verönd með heitum potti. Einnig er þar góð sólbaðsaðstaða og gasgrill. Hægt er að fá barnastól og barnarúm. Hundar eru velkomnir. Stutt er í alla helstu þjónustu, 3 km á Sauðárkrók.

The studio apartment is newly renovated in the basement of our house. You enter a room with two beds ( one 160 cm bed and one 90 cm bed) in the other room is kitchen and bathroom. Me and my familie live on the second floor. We are on a farm and have horses, sheeps, chickens and a dog We are also near by many interesting places, about 30 km from Mývatn, 35 km from Húsavík, 15 km from Goðafoss watefall.
