The Apartment is a loft conversion of our Stable Barn with stair only access, it has a tree top view of the paddocks below with accompanying bird and zoo noises. Serendip Beach House is located on beautiful Wallaga Lake. The cottage is fully equipped, including an outdoor BBQ and an outside entertaining area. The bathroom includes a shower, small bath tub, toilet and sink, there is also an outdoor shower. Linen and basic condiments are provided. There is a wood fire in the living area. Beautiful walks from the cottage and near by, with access to a private beach. Local mountain bike tracks close. A canoe is provided for use. A lovely place to relax.

The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious home, across from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach. After swimming, the hot outdoor shower is a joy. Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.
