Great, comfortable furnished apartment in quiet location in the beautiful Taunus for 2-7 persons. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has 116 m2. - Large living-dining area with fireplace - Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. - Private terrace - Under the table top of the dining table is a pool table - There are two coffee makers. A normal for coffee powder and a Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine. 3 Sleeping Rooms: 1 room with double bed (200x200cm) 1 room with 1 single bed (100x200cm) + double bed (180x200cm) 1 room with double bed (180x200cm) For our little quests we have also a Babybed and a Babychair. NEW: Netflix and amazon prime are free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Parking infant of the house. Unfortunately there are no more shopping opportunities in the village itself. Supermarkets can be reached by car in 5-8 minutes. You can have bread delivery

Ich vermiete das 1.OG meines Hauses mit 2 Schlafzimmern für insgesamt 4 Personen. Zu jedem Zimmer gehört ein Duschbad. Die Wohnung wurde 2014 komplett renoviert und ist von gehobener Ausstattung. Es steht ein Balkon und eine voll eingerichtete Küche zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Die S-Bahn-Station ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Nach ca. 12 Minuten Bahnfahrt erreicht man Frankfurt/Messe, in ca. 15 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof Frankfurt.

Die Unterkunft hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (2mx2m) und einem Esstisch & TV. Das zweite Zimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Zwischen den Zimmern ist die Küche. Dahinter ein kleines, älteres Bad mit neuer Dusche und Waschmaschine. Das Appartment hat einen separaten Eingang und befindet sich im Souterrain unseres Hauses. Wir wohnen am Feldberg und nah an Frankfurt. Flughafen & Messe sind dem Auto in 15min erreichbar. Bad Soden liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem mitten im Grünen

Apartment on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen - overall 50m2. Including WiFi, Netflix TV and use of a washing machine and a dryer possible. With new AC’s (air conditioning units) in each bedroom, solar powered 🌞 (climate neutral). We live on the 1st floor with our child and dog Chili. Public transportation to Frankfurt by Bus and S-Bahn (to Frankfurt Main Station approx. 50min). Please check the house rules for more details as well.
