There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
