Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

S citem rekonstruované podkroví s výhledem do přírody a koupacím sudem na terase (za příplatek) a domácím kinem. Rádi Ti naše místo propůjčíme. K dispozici Ti bude celý prostor včetně terasy. Pomůžeme naplánovat výlet a objevit krásy Krušnohoří. Staráme se o naše místo s láskou a pečlivostí. Chceme, aby ses tu i Ty cítil jako doma. Hory, příroda i lázeňské město od každého je tu trochu!

Consists of 2 rooms: living room + sleeping corner with access to a lovely balcony and bedroom with double bed and piano. Inbetween the rooms modern kitchen and new bathroom.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt mitten in Deutschland, in der Nähe von Kassel und ist umgeben von Natur. Du wirst sie lieben wegen der himmlischen Ruhe, dem Türchen in den Wald und trotzdem nur 20 km Entfernung nach Kassel mit Auto oder Straßenbahn. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Familien (mit Kindern) und größere Gruppen geeignet. Sofern es sich nicht um unkontrollierbare Kampfhunde handelt sind uns Tiere willkommen und fühlen sich regelmäßig sehr wohl.

This 30 square m. room has a double bed,kitchen,sofa,TV. Flat is located on the first floor of a family owned historical villa with an amazing view. The flat is in a quiet area with a good view over Prague. If you come by car there is a parking space.There is a bus station right next to the house and the closest tram station is 4 minutes away. Transport:15 minutes by public transit to the city center.There is also a shopping center located 5 mins away by public transit.

There's a place to sleep, cook, eat, wash even to work, and get information about Prague. It's easy, if you help us, we'll help you get to know Prague. We have things stored in the apartment, but it does not matter at all, they almost aren't seen. Two beds consist of sleeping bag. Go on!

Das Dachgeschoss dieses im Jahr 1865 erbauten Bruchsteinhauses , wurde komplett neu ausgebaut . Es hat eine wunderbar ruhige Lage mit Sicht auf Felder und Bäume ! Zur Ruhe kommen ist hier garantiert ! Fussläufig ist hier der Golfplatz und ein See zu erreichen , um den herum man wunderbar spazieren oder joggen kann. Fahrradtouren lassen sich von hier aus einfach planen... In die wunderschöne Altstadt sind es ca 5 km
