Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space nestled in the peaceful Northwoods of Rhinelander. Youʻll enjoy the Northern experience both inside and outside the cabin. Inside youʻll find warm, natural tones throughout. In floor heat and air conditioning with WiFi. Multiple televisions. Outside includes two patios with outdoor seating, a grill, and a concrete fire pit area. Youʻre sure to see plenty of wildlife throughout your stay while being close to the action, just 8.7 miles from town.

River Road Peaceful Country Cottage (near trails)

Our Cottage is secluded in the country near a river, with no other houses nearby, just Wildlife and peace and quiet. A Front porch for relaxing and a newer deck on the back for cooking out or watching the wildlife. The inside has just been completely updated, with a few original antique touches. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a half bath, downstairs a master bedroom with bathroom, open concept living room kitchen area. And Main level laundry area. Ready for a long vacation or a quick getaway.

Shalom Retreat

Enjoy a stay in the cottage in the big woods! The lane leading to it winds a half mile back from the road. This place will be a highlight because of everything from the spacious yard surrounded with woods, kitchen fully stocked with dishes, open, cozy living room and cute bedrooms. It is a family friendly place including a Foosball table, board games and toys. Also has a picnic table and backyard fire pit (firewood included) or you can choose to grill your favorites on the covered back porch.

River Cottage!

Located in a quiet neighborhood on Lake Petenwell, Wisconsin’s second-largest lake. This cozy well loved 80s-style bi-level home sits on a peaceful canal off the Wisconsin River, offering great fishing just steps from the back door. The upper level features two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, living room, and dining area. The lower level includes a family room, additional bed, and hideaway beds on both floors. Ample parking for cars, trailers, and gear makes it perfect for outdoor getaways.

Secluded apartment at Summerwynd farmette

My place is quiet, serene and private, and secluded. Hear the rooster crow or collect your own eggs for your breakfast. Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. It is an easy drive to the interstate. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). ski Granite Peak. Hike the Ice Age Trail. Close to Q&Z Expo and Pike Lake Wedding Barn

Beautiful apartment on Columbia Lake on the Chain 'O Lakes. Private deck and fishing dock. Perfect location for kayaking, fishing, or any other water recreational activity. Walking distance to two restaurants, two marinas and ice cream shop. Close to Hartman Creek State Park to access trails. Please be aware that a close venue has bands/music that can easily be heard when outside and the music may be heard when indoors. Three night minimum Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend.

This quiet, 4 bedroom lake house is not only on the water, but a short, five minute drive to Rib Mountain Skiing, a three minute drive to a boat launch, as well as everything Rib Mountain has to offer; shopping, restaurants, night life, and various outdoor activities. It has everything you need to make your holiday warm, comfortable and full of bliss! Cleaning fee credited for all stays 7 days or longer. We can also set up the basement living room area to be a work space.

Daniel’s Place

Cozy up in this private, one-bedroom, centrally located, upper apartment. (Must walk up a handful of outdoor stairs) Unique, peaceful, and affordable - Daniel’s Place is 3 blocks from the Riverlife walking path, leading directly to downtown, and 3 miles away from Granite Peak Ski Resort. Daniel’s Place is the perfect spot for weekend ski trips, city biking, trying local restaurants, farmers markets, kayaking, and exploring the city of Wausau. Come make yourself at home 🙂

Lake Front Cabin-West

Located on the southeast side of Mayflower Lake, this getaway is 65' from the water with a 23' dock shared with up to one other guest, fire ring, and grill. The cabin, one of two, is a functional, newly remodeled approx 400 sq ft design with your vacation in mind! Swim, kayak, paddle-board (both free to use) & fish! Minutes from other fishing lakes, snow mobile trails, Ice Age Trail, Eau Claire Dells, golf courses, casinos, and Mountain Bay Trail. 30 min from Granite Peak.

Higgins' Homestead

Experience a quiet, relaxing stay at in a charming little home! Only 1 mile from downtown Wausau, WI. with easy access to restaurants, local YMCA, coffee shops and more! Renovated 3 bed, 1 bath with A/C and elegant maple hardwood floors. Fully equiped kitchen and laundry area, as well as a pleasant fire pit surrounded by strawberries! Queen sized beds in two bedrooms, and a futon in the third. We provide all that you need, to just show up and enjoy a relaxing stay!
