Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

Mohamed was a very nice and caring host, allowing us to check in late at night and making us breakfast, on request, even on the day of check out. The room is located on the ground floor, so it is very comfortable with suitcases, and has a private bathroom. It is small but clean and equipped with every comfort: fridge, hairdryer, hot water in the bathroom, kettle for making tea. We are satisfied with our stay at Mohamed's and recommend it!

The most wonderful stylish, small hotel in the leafy Maadi district, housed in a beautiful villa with lush, peaceful garden, outdoor restaurant and pool area. It's a real haven of calm. The rooms are filled with beautiful antiques, paintings and oriental lamps. The bed was very comfortable, I slept really well. Service is friendly, attentive and very professional. I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

I recommend this place very, very highly. It's about as peaceful as it gets in the area, as Giza is a noisy city and here is on the edge of the desert and a nice village. It's a comfortable room with a nice balcony. There are views of the pyramids from the sunny roof. I had my best breakfasts and dinner in my two months in Egypt here. But the most important thing is that Mohammad really, really went out of his way to meet my needs, which are many. He knows a great deal about the sites and I felt really comfortable with him. He lived in Holland for 10 years and is very smart and easy going. But most uniquely, he has local relationships that allow him to take you to places that are not open to the public. Absolutely incredible horse ride in the desert. A real highlight of my trip. Just note that if you, like me, are used to being independent, you need to know that here you will be quite dependent on him for everything. There are not many shops or restaurants around and it's not easy to find the place on your own. But Mohammad is willing and able to get you everything you need. Just needs some mosquito spray for the room but I"m sure he can deal with that. Awesome place!

منزلي المفضل عندما أزور القاهرة فندق صغير في وسط جزيرة القرصاية آية في النظافة والهدوء بقيادة الأستاذة آية والتي ستجدها متى احتجتها تركت أغراضي عندها لمدة يوم كامل وأرسلتها لي بكل رحابة صدر لا تتردد إذا كنت في القاهرة وتريد مسكنا نظيفا بسعر مناسب

Airbnb génial , la maison est incroyable. L’hôte est a l’écoute et très chaleureux. - cet maison est parfaite pour aller visiter les pyramides et visiter Le Caire Je vous recommande vivement de passer par Khaled.

It is close to the airport, but far from everything else.

Great service and help from the hosts! We had a wrench thrown into our booking plans, but they made sure to help us and accommodate for us! The room was nice and clean, beds are soft and overall a very good experience.

It is a small hotel with around 10 rooms, I didn’t see our host during my stay but he’s always responsive online. At the first day when I checkin, reception boy told me that the single room I booked was not available, he will upgrade the room to a double room for me FOR 1 DAY. As I’m staying here for 7 days, changing room would be a great hassle. I have no choice but to accept it. The second day, after I packed everything and moved to the new room, I found that one of the window glass of the new room is broken. I felt pretty worried because the room would be easily broken in with a piece of glass missing, so I told the reception boy that I cannot stay in this room. He was trying to persuade me that it would be 100% safe instead of solving the problem, fixing the window, or simply find another room for me. This was ridiculous so I asked him to call Mostafa.
