Nice beautiful house located away from the city and in a very peaceful location. The host and his mother was always responsive, friendly and ensured that our stay was memorable. The host arranged the transportation for our local sight seeing. The rooms were neat and clean and exactly matched the description. Nice place to stay.

Excellent stay in a peaceful location... House and amenities are as described. Host Roshan family and their friend Homestay Caretaker Sudheer made us feel comfortable with our stay and Sudheer helped us ensuring all basic amenities for stay and any special requests are taken care of. He even suggested nearby attractions and accompanied us showing the route/local inquires and food order etc., House is a convenient and spacious independent villa with ample parking space for few Cars... and a nice garden, power backup. House would be comfortable for 3 small families or such group. Food options - self cooking in Kitchen or nearby order. Overall, a pleasant stay...

The location is beautiful, in the midst of a coffee estate. A small stream which joins the Tala Kaveri is 10 mins walk from the house. Misty mornings were lovely and we could spot a whole lot of birds from hornbills to drongo just sitting in the verandah. There are a few walking trails in and around the estate which you can explore on your own or with the staff. The house has two proper bedrooms. The third is above these two bedrooms with wooden board flooring. Food options were limited, mostly local cuisine but delicious and very tasty. The place has a nice barbecue place which the caretaker helped us setup on request and extra cost for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing time close to nature, birdwatching, walking amongst huge ancient trees and eating delicious Kodagu food.

Friendly host. Food was prepared on time and it was delicious. Surroundings are serene. Swimming pool was clean. It is a must visit place.

Had a great time at Darshan's place. Recently stayed at the cottage and it was amazing. The cottage was very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provided us with lots of helpful information about the area and offered us some great recommendations. The location was perfect and I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

How do you describe a place like this in words? If you're looking for a place that looks like paradise? Stop searching and go here. The name cocoland makes total sense. When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

Mrs. Gayathry's house was a superb place to base our travels in and around Kasaragod. Easily accessible, unmatched hospitality (the breakfast of puttu, kadala and pappadom were out of this world), and all the required amenities provided at a very reasonable price. We and our pet cat absolutely loved our stay.

Vinod is a very friendly, and responsible person. He tried his best to do the service for us to stay in the place. Very Nice place to stay. He is Very helpful. Feels like our own home. I recommend anyone can stay happily in Vinod’s place.
