Sunflower cabin is a sweet little rustic cabin with friendly homesteading artist/host located on Owl Tree Acres Farm. Cozy sleeping for 4, a dorm refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker,. Wifi with desk and Smart HD TV are provided. A “separate” beautiful bath house is located near the Communal fire pit away from the cabin. No bathroom facilities in cabin. Pets allowed with $30 pet fee. No pit bulls, rottweillers or other agressive dog breeds allowed. No pets allowed on beds.

Two blocks from the ❤︎ of charming Main St. Warrenton sits an unusually shaped barn. Octagonal living at its finest; The Seed House is fully renovated and features modern amenities like wifi, coffee, tea, kitchen basics, 100% cotton linens, smart TV, games, and yoga gear. The barn is nestled at the tree line, bordered by a huge lawn + gardens. Your stay will be relaxing and private and leave you with a special sense of place. *Dog-friendly with prior approval. Beautiful guest house, located steps from the main house, hidden from public. The cabin is tucked away in our manicure backyard. Spacious fenced in yard where your fur babies can run free. Enjoy the large pergola with comfy seating for nighttime relaxation or dining. The house offers a living room, kitchenette (NO STOVE) and spacious bathroom. The second floor is a large LOFT with a dividing wall separating the two sleeping areas. There are 13 steps to the second floor. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY!

Slow down at our cozy lake home; roast marshmallows, stare at trees like they're celebrity influencers, or make some awkward eye contact with a deer--you do you. Feeling more adventurous? Kayak on the lake, play cornhole, or hike on our private trails. And speaking of hiking, we said “take a hike” to cleaning fees (because who likes those?), AND check-in/checkout times; ours are so flexible they practically do yoga. Stress-free? Absolutely. Squirrel-approved? 100% They even take selfies.

The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. A great retreat for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. Please indicate the number of guests; parties over 4 must be pre-approved. Reservation must be by an adult (age 21+).

Enjoy family time at the lake and relax in this peaceful cottage that is walking distance to the community beach with a sand volleyball court, basketball court, picnic and playground area. If you have a boat bring it. You will have access to the beach boat ramp. The home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you love golf , no problem..the property is part of a country club with a 9 hole golf course (daily fees apply). If you like tennis, tennis courts are also available for a daily fee.

Our Halifax cottage is conveniently located just 5 miles from Interstate I95 and just off Hwy 301 in the quaint, historic town of Halifax. It is an early 1900's house that's been lovingly restored and nicely appointed to perfectly accommodate individuals, couples, a group of friends or a family. Choosing to stay with us will allow you to experience how small town Eastern NC people live. Halifax has a pop. of 234. We think you will be charmed!!

This 150 year old home is a special place to visit. It includes all the amenities you need with fast WiFi, a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and your own private king size bed. Not to mention 30 acres and privacy to spare including a private pond, dock, and fire pit. Come relax and enjoy this newly updated space or head on over to nearby lake Gaston for fishing, boating, water skiing, or amazing lake side dining!

The perfect spot for a family trip. Bring the fam and enjoy getting outdoors and being active. The lake is always open. Food Lion and some local restaurants are nearby. Work or do school work. Wi-fi is 200 MHz. Bring your own boat. We have 2 boat ramps each less than a half mile away. Our kayaks are here for your use. And did I mention that pets are welcome?
