Enjoy life on the beach during your float on the Payette River. You cannot drive here. It is ONLY accessible by YOUR kayak, jet boat,fishing boat, paddle board,or jet ski. Solar only, no network. Your trip REQUIRES planning: 1) Where to park (see neighborhood coordinates) 2) A 30min-1hr river ride, depending on watercraft 3) Pack meals & necessities. When departing you must watercraft back to parking location or park a second vehicle at the end of float. Only open Apr-Oct while river has water.

Taking walks, bird watching, fishing, paddle boarding/kayaking, ziplining, swimming, laying on the beach in season, enjoying s'mores around a fire on the beach, or just setting on the porch over the lake enjoying your favorite drink and the beauty of the lake, mountains and country surroundings.

If you like open spaces and beautiful rim property views of the mountains and gorgeous morning sunrises and evening sunsets, walks around a ten acre walking path, access to a relaxing private lake, views of pastures where sheep (and lambs in the spring) graze and the view of pretty hens pecking around for bugs and worms providing you with farm fresh eggs for breakfast...then this is the place for you. We are pet friendly but have a two dog limit!
