Η τοποθεσία, είναι το κέντρο της πόλης και έτσι σας προσφέρει εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε οτιδήποτε επιθυμήσετε. Cozy studio ιδανικό για δύο άτομα το οποίο αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο, μπάνιο και ένα άνετο μπαλκόνι. Διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι, πολυθρόνα, πάγκο με σκαμπό, TV & wifi (το Internet στο διαμέρισμα είναι 100Mbit). Στο σπίτι ακόμα θα βρείτε parking, πλυντήριο ρούχων, φούρνο, ψυγείο καθώς και μαγειρικά σκεύη. Βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη περιοχή μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης και 500m από τη στάση της Παλιάς Νομικής για το Πανεπιστήμιο. Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2021.
