City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

Huset ligger i naturskønne omgivelser på lukket vej og derfor er her fred og ro. I vinterhalvåret er der view til havet som ligger 400m fra huset. Der er gode naturstier langs kyst og i skov. Huset ligger ved naturpark Mols Bjerge og tæt på Rønde by med gode indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder. Der er ca 25 km til Aarhus og ca 20 km til Ebeltoft. Huset har 3 soveværelser. Der er køkkenalrum og stue med brændeovn. Der er to terrasser med sol og gode læforhold. Der er to overdækkede terrasser.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
