Plenty of deck space outside of the condo and a nice area to grill! Huge smart TVs and fiber optic WiFI are in the condo as well

Perfect location! Amazing views! Close to the ski area, bike park, trails, golf course, airport and grocery store, all less than 5 minutes away! Very well-furnished 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom mountain cabin with a king bed, pull out sofa bed in the living area, and a toddler bed in the master bedroom. Full kitchen, 2 large tv's with satellite programming, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the nice large deck.

Inside, you'll find a one bedroom condo with a living room featuring leather furniture and a beautiful stacked stone wood burning fireplace. The living room and bedroom each have a large window letting in that amazing mountain view!  You can ski out right onto the slopes down to the first chair lift!

Pepper Sauce Camp Cabin 6

Cabin 6 is our most popular unit. With wood log walls inside it's about 900 sq. ft and sleeps up to 5 people. It's got a full size fridge, gas stove, microwave and a full set of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. There's a wood burning stove plus gas and electric heaters. It has a large foyer/entryway for all your outdoor gear. The patio out back offers unobstructed views to the lake, while the log bench out front is a perfect spot to sit and watch the sunset over Wheeler Peak, NM's tallest.

NOT sure what that means (maybe their beds are on the floor) PLEASE I have a fan to drawn off Noise from upstairs ALL ground level units get noise from upstairs USE THE FAN Gas fireplace is turned off June July and August I do not have AC but the bedroom has a ceiling fan and a box fan. It is located only two blocks from the resort which includes ski lift, slopes, restaurants, bars, and shopping! During the summer months there are wonderful mountain biking trails starting right outside the condo. No need to even leave the comfort of the fireplace if you desire, the condo is set up with a complete kitchen, dining area, and laundry room.

Latir Hike-in 20-foot Camping Yurt

PLEASE read all information about the yurt before booking. Enchanted Forest offers stunning vistas along meandering forest trails for hiking and mountain biking. It is a 0.7-mile hike (or bike) to the Latir Yurt (no driving). This is (upscale) CAMPING, not a hotel room. A wood stove provides heat, there is no electricity, running water, or room/maid service. We provide fitted sheets, pillows and pillowcases. Bring a sleeping bag or comforter for cold temperatures.
