Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

This peaceful and central detached guest apartment is located in a friendly neighborhood near the St. John's river, 10 mins from Downtown Jacksonville, and less than a half hour from the beach. Enjoy the privacy of this newly renovated space complete with a queen sized bed, TV, kitchenette, bathroom/shower, closet, and keypad lock for easy access in and out. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by! Come relax and unwind in this cozy space perfect for 2! Use caution climbing stairs :)

This residence is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends (pets, max. of 2). We are unable to allow guests to host gatherings and house parties. At the same time, the house is located in a quiet area where you will not be disturbed by the various noises of city life.
