Wonderful space to spend time in.. Extra cozy and quiet. Easy walk to several stores/resaurants.. Appreciate the large Televisions as it was March Madness/Basketball time, so that was a nice plus that you dont find in some places. Overall it was extremely pleasant stay for myself and my Girlfriend for a long weekend..

Second stay at Martin’s place and it was even more pleasant that the first. The house was very organized when we arrived, and the clean decor makes the environment peaceful and relaxing. It’s right off the road, but not noisy, which makes it convenient to go to Kent town center. We’ll be going back!

Great stay for us and our puppy. We wanted to try some trainings and let him run free, he did not want to leave!! The nature reserve across the street was a great hike, we enjoyed every second. Thank you!

Liz's home in Hyde Park was beautiful! The kitchen, dining room, and living room is large and great for having a family dinner. Liz's property was large and had lake access, which we didn't take full advantage of due to the winter weather, but it was nice to walk around her property and admire the nature. We did however, get a lot of use out of her fireplace! The home is divided in such a way that there is a bedroom on each floor, allowing three groups of people to stay here with a good amount of privacy. However, the bottom floor used to be a basement or garage, so it isn't insulated well for sound and heat.

We were looking for a quiet, dog friendly place close to Omega, and this checked all the boxes. The location is perfect. Two miles from Omega, close to Rhinebeck, and sits on a private wooded lot with a nice deck. The house was spotless and nicely appointed with all the amenities we needed. Was provided with a nice guidebook and clear instructions for easy check-in and out. We look forward to staying here again.

Amy's place was great for our group of 4. Comfortable, clean and quality! She was very communicative. We loved the backyard patio and grill and had no problems or issues with the place.

cannot recommend this cottage enough. aside from the fact that it's a hop, Skip and jump away from a beautiful swimmable lake, the property itself is gorgeous and perfect for dog people. we spent a night in the backyard with the fire, and another night inside stoking the indoor fireplace while we cook dinner and play board games. everything is as the host described, wylda is extremely proactive in her communication and pretty much read our minds in terms of what we would need and or want. she also decorated in the most beautiful way. it feels like a home, not some weird cookie cutter situation, it's clean and interesting and fun. I can't believe it's only an hour and a half away from Brooklyn.

A special home in a special place. We've been coming to the Hudson Valley for over 20 years, we even got married here. In that time, we've stayed at many AirBnBs and this one is the best. Located tangential to 96 acre Esopus Meadows Preserve, it offers ample opportunities for wonderful hikes without getting in a car. Many more hikes are available within 10 minutes drive. The house offers a cozy environment for 2-4 people while the fenced in yard and multiple decks allow for maximum enjoyment of the unique natural environment. Dog owners make note, you won't find a better place for your pups than this place. Nearby highlights include up and coming Kingston (10 min), Rhinebeck and Woodstock (25 min) and Hudson (45 min). After spending 16 nights in this fantastic place, we booked our next visit before checking out.

Nice, cozy place. Bedroom lamps are unique and nice for setting a relaxing mood. Gwen is a great host, and she made sure we felt taken care of during our stay. The only ding I can give is that the road is somewhat busy for a neighborhood road. There are moments when it is quiet, but also moments when vehicles are three-deep at the nearby intersection.

This house in Pleasant Valley met our needs over the holidays. We were celebrating with family nearby, and this home was a perfect place to retreat to each night after the festivities.

Daniel’s house was absolutely perfect for us (a couple and dog). It’s really thoughtfully decorated, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The beds are lovely, linens are nice - all the appointments that you appreciate in a quality hotel experience, but so hard to find in a small upstate AirBnB. It’s nicely located and close to plenty of things and places you want to go to, but very quiet and private. We have stayed in many, many small houses upstate and this was among the nicest. We will definitely stay again.

We were in the area to hike and loved our stay so much we wish we had more time in the cottage! The home is cheery and unique with a sunroom with views of a waterfall. We saw hawks, heron, and songbirds from the windows. It was so relaxing!

We stayed at Gretchen's home while I was attending a retreat at Omega Institute. The drive to and from was about 18 minutes on pretty, winding roads which was delightful every day. Cleanliness is VERY important to me and the bed linens were very clean and soft. The decor is whimsical and upbeat. I would stay here again.

Wakeitha’s place was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and the location was super convenient. We appreciate her hospitality and responsiveness.

Holly met us despite a late check-in. Friendly and responsive. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, which is important to us.

Very cute place to get away! My boyfriend and I wanted a place for the weekend to get away and this was perfect! The perfect size for two people, and great in the winter and the summer!

Such a wonderful stay! We had a wonderful weekend. 5 Stars...... PJ is easily available by text and she is a wonderful host. Owners provided a very detailed book with all necessary directions about the operation of the house as well as local activities which is quite helpful. Nice cottage and the outdoor space is beautiful with a great pool.

We had a great time at the Cottage! Check-in was super clear and we were able to add a fifth guest just a few days before. It was five mins from local friends/family and was just what we needed. We didn’t have any check-out instructions but found the drop-off box at the main office with no problem. Thank you!

We had a very peaceful and pleasant visit at Daniel's home! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of extra sheets and blankets if needed, beautiful art on the walls, and in a beautiful setting. There were also plenty of appliances, so it was a very convenient and comfortable stay. We had a little trouble finding it, but Daniel is extremely responsive and friendly and gave great directions. I recommend this home for your next peaceful getaway!

Dana's house was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. It was an older house that had been totally redone with high quality amenities, furniture and appliances. There was everything you needed and most of it felt brand new! Dana was extremely responsive and provided a really nice welcome booklet with a lot of information about that area that was very helpful. This house was well worth the cost and I would for sure stay again!
