The villa was clean, and the host was very friendly and helpful. However, the swimming pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the location was difficult to find on Google Maps due to road construction.

We couldn’t recommend Marija & Antun’s place more highly. Their kindness and hospitality didn’t falter throughout our stay. We felt safe, looked after and relaxed. The house is clean, well kept and had everything we needed. We spent much time admiring the beautiful garden and landscape. It is in a peaceful location but not isolated; with shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Many reviews suggest hiring a car but we found the walk up/down hill to be manageable. We used uber several times when venturing further afield. We enjoyed days by the pool, the beach and evenings at home around the large outdoor table. Local restaurant Forno is a must visit! There is a footpath behind the house that leads you up the hill. We walked up for around 20 mins which was high enough to witness a gorgeous sunset. Bring sensible shoes if this is your kind of thing as the track is stony and steep in parts. We had a wonderful holiday and a large part of this was due to our wonderful hosts and their home

The cottage was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The view from the front porch is amazing and even better that it looks in the photos. We didn’t get the opportunity to use the pool as the weather didn’t permit but is a huge advantage in the hot climate. Moskocia is a built up area but has a good supermarket and bakery and Laus Pizza is a nice place to eat. I would recommend the walk along the waterway some beautiful scenery. Bus runs every 25 mins to old town Dubrovnik which is beautiful and the fare is only 2.50 euro one way . Takes about 25 mins to get there. The hill to the house is very steep. It is worth downloading the Bolt taxi app. A taxi from Dubrovnik directly to the house is 15 euro and worth it if travelling back at night. The cottage rests above the town, in a very quiet peaceful location. I would recommend it for a couple rather than a family stay. While I didn’t meet Jelena personally she replied promptly to any messages. We had a lovely stay and hope to return

Sve super osim sto su u jednoj kupaonici u tušu bile dlake, te nije bilo gela za tuširanje ni u jednoj kupaonici. Noćili smo samo jednu noć pa nismo to puno zamjerili.

Leona and her family are great hosts! They were super attentive to any questions/requests we had and helped out immediately. Their airbnb is located in a very nice area with large shops nearby for shopping but also close to the beach allowing for a super chill stay! Highly recommend to anyone!

This house is beautifully decorated throughout, with lovely furniture and very nice touches. The photos don’t do it justice. It has a fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need (including a bottle of rosè wine). Truly fantastic master en-suite bathroom with excellent shower and very comfy large bed. The house is just off one of the pretty cobbled streets leading down to the buzzy little port but the garden and pool is also such a nice place to relax. Jelsa is such a picture perfect town with excellent restaurants (highly recommend Me & Mrs Jones) supermarkets, ice cream shops and fresh bakeries. We loved watching the boats coming and going. Also beautiful coastal walks either side of the Jelsa harbour. Hvar island is one of the prettiest places in the med. All in all this is probably the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in - we highly recommend Hvar island, Jelsa and this gorgeous house.

We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. They 3 apartments in were very clean with lots of closet space. We were not aware that the 2 person apartment had a separate entrance but the joined big terrace was delightful. The apartments are situated right between the old and the new city center.

Mi esposo y yo nos alojamos aquí durante dos meses completos. Durante este tiempo pudimos trabajar desde casa y disfrutar del mar y de Molunat cada día. También aprovechamos para conocer la región de Konavle, Dubrovnik, la costa de Montenegro y la ciudad de Mostar, en Bosnia. La casa estaba muy limpia, es cómoda y está bien equipada, lo que resulta especialmente conveniente para estadías largas como la nuestra. Además los anfitriones son muy amables y están pendientes de cualquier necesidad. En el pueblo hay un pequeño mercado para las compras diarias y en la ciudad de Grouda, a veinte minutos en auto, hay más opciones. Aunque hay tres autobuses diarios hacia Dubrovnik, creo que es importante tener movilidad propia. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que disfrute de la tranquilidad y el contacto con la naturaleza. Para nosotros ha sido un verdadero placer vivir y trabajar frente al mar durante estos meses. ¡Gracias por todo Helen y Maximilian!

Die Lage und die Nähe zum Meer sind super. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist grandios. Frane ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

This turned out to be the ideal house for our first visit to the Croatian coast and nothing contributed more to a nearly perfect week for our group of four adults. The screen-saver worthy view off the terrace—light shifting through the day as sailboats came and went—gave us a lovely backdrop from morning coffee to the evening cocktail. It came with everything we needed for cooking, grilling, paddling and swimming. The house was cool from breezes by day and by the strong AC on the hotter nights. Susan and Ivan were responsive from booking to departure, but never intrusive. It was a great base for exploring, with multiple beaches by foot or kayak in the local coves and and many others a drive away. (We were very glad to have brought a rental car; we met others struggling with the bus system. A boat would been great.) wonderful running routes as well, something not easy to find in an island of strep hills We’ve done many rental houses; this one is definitely high on the return list.

We truly loved our stay here. Ana contacted us before our visit and arranged the transfer, she also recommended a private boat trip for the day, which was amazing!! So worth it!.. checking in was made so easy too, the apartment is spotless has everything you need, we cooked dinner one night which was lovely to sit outside on the patio. There are a couple of lovely bars, a bakery and restaurant just around the corner next to the bus stop, the number 4 bus takes you straight into the old town so quickly!! Without a doubt I would book this apartment again! Made the whole trip fantastic! Xx

La maison était incroyable et la vue indescriptible, la chambre était très grande et le lit très confortable. Le logement est complètement équipé nous n’avons manqué de rien tout y était. A environ 30minutes en voiture du centre de Dubrovnik c’était parfait pour être au calme. Les habitants du village ont été si gentils

We had a wonderful time in this magical house. It is as beautiful as it looks in the photos, if not more so. We loved the private location on the shore of a gorgeous rocky bay - there's a path down to a jetty and from there it's a couple of hundred metres to swim/paddleboard to the beach (you can also go via the road). The kids loved exploring the bay, with clear water, caves etc, and watching for shooting stars at night. The house itself is lovely , super-clean and with a beautiful view of the sea. You have to be a bit careful about how much electricity you use at once but we didn't find this to be a problem. The only issue we found was that it was very hot at night (it was a particularly hot spell when we stayed, temps of 35-36 C during the day). Izabel was a wonderful host, she made us feel welcome with a basket of figs, home-made jam etc, local recommendations and even thoughtful birthday gifts for my daughter and I. Would definitely recommend and hope we'll be able to visit again.

Located just on the edge of the peaceful village of Pitve, the villa was easily accessible by taxi from both Jelsa and Hvar ports. The driver, who was recommended to us through this villa, was on hand at all times to drive us back and forth to where we needed to go. The villa itself was absolutely beautifully furnished to a high standard throughout and the was more than enough space for the 9 of us who stayed there. It has everything you could possibly need and more to make your stay a comfortable one - the downstairs game room, gym, sauna and jacuzzi was real bonus. Would highly recommend this place!

Das Haus ist toll. Die Aussicht ist einmalig. Wir haben vor allem von der Terrasse und dem Pool profitiert. Die 4 Schlafzimmer haben alle komfortable Betten. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und das war auch wichtig bei Temparaturen von 30 Grad und mehr. Dank unserem Mietwagen, waren wir recht flexible und haben 4 verschiedene Straende in der Umgebung besucht. (10-15 min Fahrt). Der kleine Supermarkt war auch ganz praktisch und in 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt den Berg hoch ist schon beeidruckend, aber im Gegenzug gibt es halt diese tolle Aussicht. Wir hatten in Anas Villa eine tolle Zeit mit der Familie.

Ivana’s place was absolutely perfect. Amazing location. Great space. Amazing amenities. Ivana met us on the edge of the old town, after organising an airport transfer of us and walked us to the flat - which was amazingly useful. And also gave us tonnes of recommendations for the area which were great. Definitely recommend!!

Es war traumhaft schön in diesem Haus und wir fühlten uns super wohl. Alles war perfekt und wie beschrieben. Wer Einsamkeit und Ruhe sucht ( bis auf einige Hunde die bei uns jede Nacht in der Bucht bellten) ist hier richtig, wir können das Haus von Herzen empfehlen. Danke für die wunderschöne Woche.

the owner Ivana was in permanent contact with us to fulfill extra wishes and to inform us about local activities. The support was extra ordinary and the location superb (quiet, no visible neighbors, 3 mins per pedes to the beach which was a lonely bay). One word: perfect!

Zlatko war immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns im Zentrum von vela Luka getroffen und sind gemeinsam zur Unterkunft gefahren. Für uns wurden ein Obstkorb , Wasser,O-Saft und Milch bereitgestellt, das war sehr hilfreich, da wir am Sonntag Abend angereist sind

Piękne i spokojne miejsce, cisza i bezpieczeństwo. Nocą piękne widoki nieba oraz sen na tarasie. Dobre miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie wyspy. Posiadłość spełniła nasze oczekiwania. Dziękujemy Fani.

Wir haben das Haus mit zwei Familien bewohnt und waren von dem wunderschönen Haus, dem wunderbaren Garten, der fantastischen Terrasse und überhaupt von der Landschaft begeistert! Viel Privatheit und unterschiedliche Aussenbereiche, die wir benutzen konnten, liessen nie ein Gefühl der Enge aufkommen. Wir haben jede Minute genossen. Die Nächte mit dem unglaublichen Sternenhimmel- die frühen Morgen mit der aufgehenden Sonne und die Abendessen mit dem Holzofen auf den Terrassen...Während unseres Aufenthaltes wohnten Iva's Eltern in der Nachbarschaft und halfen uns bei allen Fragen. Zwei sehr herzliche, sympathische Leute, äusserst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für Verpflegung und schöne Strände auf der Insel. Schweren Herzens sind wir abgereist und können den Ort und das Haus jedem sehr empfehlen. Hoffentlich kehren wir dorthin zurück!

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Davor und seine Frau waren nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Davor war für mögliche Rückfragen immer schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr über den „Willkommenskorb“ gefreut. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Pool war super. Auch der Grill und die Außenküche waren ein Highlight. Für Unternehmungen im Umkreis wird ein Auto benötigt. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen !
