The homestead is situated on a 1,000 acre farm that you can wander on that has panoramic views across a timeless landscape towards Otway peak Mount Sabine in the south to dormant volcano Mount Elephant in the north. Huge outdoor undercover open fireplace adjacent to olympic size inground trampoline & outdoor in ground swimming pool - both with Otway views.

Surrounded by farm land the peace and tranquillity of the house can be enjoyed whilst watching the cows & horses graze in the paddocks close by. 77 on Main started its life in 1918 selling toys, silverware and china. 100 years later it serves as a unique opportunity to stay in the sleepy town of Beeac.
