The place was amazing very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was a little small but definitely do able. The kitchen was amazing and nice to cook in only thing was I could find a kitchen fan while I was cooking so we ended up opening the door and using a portable fan to help move everything outside. The bed was so comfortable. And the tv was amazing. If and when I go to scarywood again I would definitely book with Nick again. Also loved waking up to the turkeys in the yard we nice to see a bit of wildlife other then the squirrels.

We had a GREAT time!!!!! Very responsive, great little out of the way place but close to Spokane Valley!!! Highly recommend…. Would stay there again!!!

This was a nicely arranged suite in a quiet location. The added amenities (like the washer and dryer), easy access, and simple check-in/out made the stay more than worth!

This was our second stay this month, as we had a family member in the hospital in CDA. Property management was attentive and responsive when we needed to extend our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything felt new, clean and the place is well designed/functional. Sandpoint is such a cute town with lots of good restaurants. Its an easy drive to the mountain for skiing.

We had a girls weekend getaway in Sandpoint. This was the perfect location with restaurants and cute shops all within walking distance. And, it was so spacious in the accommodation—room to spread out and relax in different spaces. As others have mentioned in reviews, there’s noise from trains and from cars in front of the building, and a little bit of light music coming from the restaurant downstairs. Nothing that bothered us or would keep us from wanting to stay here again. All in all, a great place to stay and tastefully renovated old building.

We went out adventuring every day so it was great to come back to such a comfortable place with a nice shower and laundry. Being able to walk to restaurants was great. We rented bikes from the shop downstairs and that was easy and so convenient.

Great stay and extremely accommodating. It was such a nice area and we felt very safe. Quite spacious inside as well as outside! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the amazing backyard but it would’ve been great. We hope to stay again if available! Thank you for a great time.

Very comfortable space with a good size fenced yard for pups to stretch their legs. Parking was clearly marked and instructions for getting inside were very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay! Super cute home in a great neighborhood! Walkable to downtown and midtown. The house was clean, quite and I felt very at home. Would definitely stay again and would 100 percent recommend. Jennell

We had such a great stay at Nathan's home. Without ever meeting him, you could tell that our values aligned. As Christians, we were so excited to see books of the Bible all throughout the home- even prayer cards in the drawers! We are also big advocates for non toxic products, and loved that Nathan uses ECOS for laundry. It all made us feel right at home, comfortable, and happy! Thanks for an amazing stay!

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

Alex's house was perfect for our needs. My family and I rented the house for 7 weeks. At various times we had 2 and 4 people and there was plenty of room with its large furnished basement. Alex was very flexible about check-in and departure times as well as changing our start date. The house was clean and well furnished. The couple of times that we requested something like extra light bulbs, Alex had it delivered thru Amazon the next day. It is in a safe residential area about a 10-minute walk from downtown.

Gorgeous setting on the river!! The garden was beautiful, the home had everything we needed to cook fabulous meals including a nice grill on the deck. We used the kayaks to venture up and down the river each day and loved the hot tub each evening overlooking the river. We saw eagles each morning as we enjoyed our coffee on the wonderful deck. The red squirrels were entertaining as well. Can’t wait to book our return visit!!

Eren’s sweet bungalow is as though you’ve stepped back in time to Mayberry with all the touches of hipster! I hated to leave!! It is the perfect retreat to experience the best of Coeur d’Alene from! Don’t miss this one!!!

We had a great stay at Camela's place. The condo was clean and bed was comfy. It was easy to walk to Sherman for dinner & breakfast, and it felt safe walking at night. The neighborhood was quiet and the condo had everything we needed. We'd stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sydney’s lakefront condo! It is a great location to walk into downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping. Convenient to the Long Bridge walk as well. Well appointed for cooking in as well and the BBQ area was very much appreciated.

We loved Robert and Torey 's place! They were very welcoming and always super responsive. We enjoyed the quiet building and loved the easy access to bike trails along the water. Food and shopping was close by. The 2 spots in the locked parking garage was also very nice.

This is a high quality place - very peaceful and quite - it was better than the pictures.

This place was so great! It was cozy and clean and within walking distance to so many great things! I would highly recommend this to anyone! I had such a great stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

We spent a week at this lovely one bedroom condo facing the lake. Check in was very simple and easy. Instructions before our arrival were helpful and useful. The bedroom has a comfy king size mattress and space for items in the closet The kitchen had the necessary items to help with making meals, basic items (i.e. salt, pepper, olive oil) as well ice trays to make ice in were also available. The living room has a nice sofa and recliner. We spent our week here watching the geese on the lawn in front of the Condo, as well as a squirrel that was quite friendly, visiting daily on the deck. The lake is not as lakefront as it would be during the summer due to the dam nearby, but it was within view and we loved the peacefulness of this time of year (April). Jordan was quick with responses when contacted and we appreciated her being available if needed, but otherwise she left us to ourselves. The trains nearby were an added bonus for us as we love watching and listening to them.

My husband and our two boys (ages 12 and 9) spent 5 nights here and it was wonderful! The entire complex is quiet and well kept. There’s a shared terrace space with a grill, tables and chairs - we made dinner a couple nights at the condo and it was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The location was perfect- every morning and evening we walked along the Spokane River and the kids swam in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again - it was close to a lot of other amenities!
