An einem der schönsten Fleckchen Europas steht das 2024 erbaute Holzhaus, auf der weitgehend naturbelassenen Insel Ada Bojana. Direkt auf den Fluss gebaut, in Sicht-, Schwimm- und Laufweite zum Meer. Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
