Das Schlafzimmer mit dem grossen Bett (1.80x2.00m) lässt sich komplett verdunkeln. Es gibt auch ein Babybett mit Gittern. Die Wohnung ist ein typisch wienerisches Altbaugebäude, jedoch neu renoviert mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Der Balkon ist südwestlich mit viel Sonne ausgerichtet.
