Great spot in a great location.

Nice stay in Rico at a great value. Bedroom and common areas were super clean and welcoming; kitchen had everything we needed, both bathrooms were clean and shower was hot! We had the place to ourselves which was nice - very quiet and relaxing, even with the ambient noise from the bar downstairs. White noise machine was a great added touch for the room. Plenty warm with radiant heat and comfy bedding. Might have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on for an AirBnB. No issues getting into the building or unit. Communication with host was perfect. Overall a cute, modern spot that was the perfect location for my weekend snowboard trip to Telluride. Would definitely stay here again, just for the bed and a great night's sleep!

Great spot to stay in Rico, rich with history and close to the action.

Fantastic place to catch some sleep after a long day of hiking or hunting. Very well heated and has (2) bathrooms with showers so no waiting. Kitchen is perfect for cooking meals and easy to clean up. Garage doors are awesome because you can back your vehicle right up to them and unload through garage door into house.

We felt right at home. Charlotte was very responsive and so nice. We were at peace each day. The home was perfect especially for my cats and dogs they just loved the house and yard. The river is so beautiful and the drive into the property is stunning especially the fall is beautiful. The neighbors especially Angelina were so nice she even brought over a beautiful squash from her amazing garden. Thank you once again for allowing us and my fur family stay in your beautiful peaceful home!! If you are looking for an escape from the chaos world we live in, this is the place to go. Extremely peaceful and quiet!!!

The place is good and the host she make sure we got what we need. If you have pet it is a perfect place for your dog cause it's a big backyard enough for your big dogs to run around. It is near to the groceries, gas station and convenience store. Just few mins away from national arch park and moab canyon, near to some restaurants. It is a perfect place to stay there is a lot of rooms. It feels like having a Vacation to grandma's house very cozy, and comfortable so far us. Thanks Linda.

Loved our stay, so beautiful, spacious and peaceful

So glad I found this place! GREAT Hosts! Was out in Delores for a work trip with the dog. This property is private and very quiet. Great place for dogs as it has plenty of fenced in areas. Beautiful big home with awesome art displayed. These hosts are very responsive and very friendly. Told me about nearby sites to visit, while out in the area. I will definitely be looking to book here again once down in the Delores area!

Robert's RR Ranch is a remarkable property. Exquisit setting. Rubio met us there and aquainted us with everything. Mesa Verde, and the ghost town of Animus Forks were highlights. The Durango/Silverton train was out due to a rockslide on the tracks, but there were enough back roads and trails to explore to keep us busy the whole time. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed except dishwasher liquid or pods. The game area was a BIG hit! Thanks Robert!
