좋은 숙소였습니다. 각방과 1,2층 거실에도 설치되어 있는 에어컨, 따듯한 물이 나오는게 좋았습니다. 덕분에 짧은 일정 좋은 추억 쌓고 갑니다.

이곳과 이 곳의 호스트는 정말 마음에 들었어요. 주변안내부터 시설 모든것이 깨끗하고 마음에들었습니다

We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

Anh’s place is nestled in D1. Extremely cute bnb. I would say this is a great place for a younger group, since the other bedrooms requires use of some tight small stairs. Overall a cute place in a fun neighborhood!

Tôi vừa có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại một căn villa. Villa rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi và rất phù hợp với nhu cầu của nhóm chúng tôi. Mỗi phòng đều thoải mái, và các tiện ích được cung cấp đã làm cho kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi trở nên thú vị. Vị trí thuận tiện, và nhân viên thân thiện, chu đáo. Tôi rất hài lòng và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trong tương lai

Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ này. Ngay từ khi bước vào, chúng tôi đã ấn tượng với không gian rộng rãi, thiết kế sang trọng và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. Bàn bi-a chuyên nghiệp cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người có thêm những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên nhau.

Just a wonderful place in a very quiet neighborhood

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

别墅非常好，有游泳池，相对地段有点偏，不在市中心，别墅环境非常好，值得入住

4인 지인이 이용 하였는데, 시내 1군으로도 이동이 가까운 곳에 있고, 숙소 주변에는 강변 뷰가 멋있는 식당과 한국 식당 등이 많아 여행기간동안 편하였고,숙소 또한 관리가 잘 되어 있으며 매니저 님이 친절하게 문의에 빠른 답변을 주셨으며, 청소와 수건 교체도 매일 매일 하주셔서 이용이 편리했음.

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.

Great and cooperative host, we dd not face any problem during our stay. It was convenient and place was spacious and quite good. Pool was excellent, rooms were large sized, good size toilets also.

The property was AMAZING! The pictures did not do its justice! The maid was very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful experience overall. Will def come back if we have the chance!
