House was very spacious. Ron was very responsive and very accommodating. Nice place to stay for multiple families. Getting our car in and out was difficult only due to others parked across the very small street.

We spent a month here during a project we had locally and felt right at home. Our hosts were amazing and very accommodating. The home was super comfy and cosy and well worth the price! I was sad to leave honestly. I highly recommend Evolve’s cozy home… we have been to other bnb’s in the area and this one definitely stands out… a cut above the rest.

Mary’s place was just as described! Beautiful, elegant, colorful design in an up and coming neighborhood. Very historic neighborhood with lots of good places to eat and shop! Very walkable! The beds in the house were very comfortable! The home was sparkling clean! We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We are doing business in the area and this was the perfect place for us. We had to change/extend our stay a few times and the host was always proactive in making sure that we got the dates we needed! Will stay here again. Hopefully its available!

Cher’s place was amazing! The kitchen was sufficiently stocked and I liked the color changing lights. Overall, it looks just like the pictures, and the neighborhood is quiet and historic with lots to do nearby. Cher was very welcoming and responsive. If/When I find myself in Petersburg again, I’ll definitely be reaching out to Cher for another stay! Highly recommend

We had a great stay! Walking distance to an incredible brewery and quaint and historic downtown. The area is definitely going through a transformation so don’t let that deter you from booking. The place is huge and we all had our own space!

This was our second time staying at Kim’s property and with good reason. Once again, it was a pleasant stay. The pictures accurately portray the space. It was so nice to arrive and find snacks, water and coffee available. Kim really goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. He is very responsive and proactive. Also, the bed in the master bedroom is so comfy. We enjoyed taking walks along High Street into Old Town where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Joe was very kind, helpful and informative. His place was cozy , clean and has everything you need.

Cute apartment with all we needed for an enjoyable weekend away. Some water damage in the ceiling but host is addressing the issue. Joe is very responsive and helpful!

Wow, what can I say? Everything worked out for exactly what I needed it for the host was magnificent. Everything I needed was available. If I needed anything he provided it for me. Keenon was on point with everything thank you sir.

Great place!! I work as a locum so I needed something close to the hospital. James's place was perfect! Close to the hospital, clean, and safe neighborhood. The kitchen was perfect as I hate to eat out so I was able to cook all my meals. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything. James and his wife are very sweet and attentive. I definitely will be staying here again if it is available.

JAMES was a very respectful person even made us dinner one night. The place was very clean. Well organized everything you need to stay there is already there. All you have to do is clean your dishes and take out the trash trash bags. Dishwasher soap is all provided for you couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the time. I was there a month and a half couldn’t ask for a better place!!!

A cozy and comfortable apartment in the English Basement of a fabulous historic house in Old Town Petersburg. Easy parking, inviting entry way, and very private atmosphere all contributed to an enjoyable stay.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Quiet, private, and immaculately clean! It even had a nice small private outdoor area. Easy and responsive host who answered all questions and addressed all our needs!

Everything about Jill’s place was impeccable! The space was spacious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. Great location, easy parking. I truly cannot find fault in this.
