È stato tutto perfetto! É un’oasi di pace e tranquillità, nel bel mezzo delle natura, con la possibilità di fornirsi dei prodotti della terra amorevolmente coltivata dai proprietari (verdure, uova…), le capanne poi sono curate nei minimi dettagli in elegante stile Omanita. Nelle immediate distanze non c’è molto ma con l’auto si possono raggiungere facilmente siti bellissimi (il deserto, i Wadi, Nizwa…), per poi rilassarsi a bordo piscina! Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi ama la natura e la tranquillità!

L’appartamento è bellissimo, nuovo, pulito, elegante e dotato di tutti i confort. Disponibile la piscina riscaldata del villaggio. Parcheggio difronte alla casa. Bella la terrazza vista mare. L’host è molto gentile e disponibile. Ha risposto sempre subito ai nostri messaggi. Self check in perfetto.

Das Apartment befand sich im 2. Obergeschoss und hatte einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Loch 4 des Golfplatzes. Sowohl vom Küchenfenster als auch vom Balkong sah man auch das Meer. Die Wohnung ist klein und fein, und ideal für 2 Personen. Da die Wohnung ganz neu ist, fehlte noch das eine und andere für einen längeren Aufenthalt von fast 3 Wochen, aber Issa hat alles sofort organisiert. Es war ein rundum guter Aufenthalt und wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Das Resort selber is uns schon länger bekannt und es bietet für jeden etwas: Tauchen, Schnorcheln, Golf, Strand, Sonnenbaden, gut Essen, Fischen, Wandern, MTB oder auch einfach nichts tun. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Jebel Sifah.

The flat is good and clean. It is spacious and well equipped. I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay here. The easy access to the beach, beautiful pool and surroundings made it a nice escape for us. Restaurant staff near by was friendly and professional. Good food and good people.

As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

Had a lovely stay in As Sifah at Sara’s place. Enjoyed the beach front house thoroughly with peace and quiet around. The house was very clean and spacious, and we felt really at home there. Sara was available and proactive in her contact, recommended restaurants and activities, as well as checking up on us. 10/10 would recommend if you consider a few days away from Muscat to enjoy serenity and beautiful environment Al Sifah has to offer!

This apartment was great, a real comfortable space very well thought out and finished to a great standard. The apartment is super private and quiet, it’s on the beach road into Bimmah and doesn’t see much traffic. We spotted sea turtles from the beach across the road and it’s only a 10 min drive to the sinkhole. Make sure you arrive with food there is very limited options of supermarkets and takeaways nearby.
