Ynna is a very friendly and responsive host. Room is perfectly as described. Near to many places of interests including g mall, Roxas night market, poblacion market central. There are also many 24/7 eateries nearby.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The unit was very neat & spacious for the six of us. Though the downside of it is it’s quite far from the highway and will take 3-5 minutes of walk. Overall, I’m still satisfied about the place. Thank you!

Such a pleasant place to stay, with a playground nearby. The space appears clean, but there is an empty bottle of apple juice in the freezer. Still a 10/10, I felt really at ease and at home while I was staying.

Ms. Lina had been very helpful and responsive during the entirety of our stay. She provided the necessary reminders and instructions. We got to the hotel with a welcome note on top of free bottles of water and coffee sachets, and a fancy set up on the kitchen counter. We immediately felt at home. It was 20 minutes-ish far from SM Lanang, and a few from the rest of the malls, but it isn't really a bother if you have a service if your own. It's also fairly near the airport and port for Samal, so if those are your main concerns, would reco this place all the more. 🫶🏼 We had a pleasant stay and really loved the place. Thanks so much!!

The apartment is clean. Everything works and functions. Marc was very kind to allow us for early checkin. The kitchen is very basic and minimal, no hot water shower but it is ok for one night stay. Very close to the airport.

Host is very responsive 24/7, unit is near entrance gate and there are taxis available waiting outside the gate. Free use of pool 7am-8pm. Can cook rice and viand, there are grocery stores (sarisari) just outside the gate

location is perfect, staff in the condo was nice, host is very responsive just the condo elevator is very slow and there is only 3 per tower so it takes a long time to wait, good thing the unit is just beside the elevator and on the first floor

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all our questions. She was incredibly accommodating, allowing us access to the pool, which was perfect for the kids. The check-in process was seamless, and she provided detailed instructions for everything, including local recommendations. The home was well-maintained, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. Overall, an excellent experience—highly recommended!

What stood out from Genevieve was her prompt style of communication. She was always available and very responsive! Even when I needed some last minute help she made sure if I needed a room she could make it available. Also when I needed a strong Wi-Fi signal she provided a couple of suggestions that worked out. I really liked to stay Genevieve’s place. Obviously, far from being cheap comparing to some local options, but the quality of the apartment, cleanness, location, the Air Conditioning and the warm shower plus the amenities provided make worth the extra cost. Also the Wi-Fi is very good but sometimes you need to switch network to get the best signal. The place is also very quiet despite being in a really good location and is very safe to walk all around. I walk all the way to the Philippines museum/People's Park and back as it is not far. Do not miss the Poblacion market for the best souvenirs. Genevieve was also very kind with Check-in and Check-out times for which I'm grateful

Spending out Anniv Day here was the best decision we've made. It was close to a Mall and though it's beside the road you won't feel that it is crowded or hear any noises as it is located in the upper level or the penthouse. The bathtub was plus points as we love to do relaxation while dipping in the water. The magnificent view of Mount Apo while working is superb. Their kitchen is well equiped though needs a little improvement (scissors & sharp knife). For a couple who's working remotely & love to do gaming, the WIFI was fast and we love it. 100% recommended and will definitely go back.

From the moment I stepped into the unit, it looked exactly like the photos—if not better. I instantly fell in love with the cozy, welcoming vibe. It's the perfect spot for anyone seeking peace and quiet, which was exactly what I needed during my stay. The place had everything I could possibly need—every detail was thoughtfully prepared and made my stay super comfortable. Dopegine was an absolute gem. So easy to talk to, always responsive, and incredibly kind. I told her I will definitely be back soon, this time with my kids. 😊
