Wonderful Apartment with private yard next to MSU

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-site parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Welcome home. For our fourth experience, Kendall and I wanted to keep pushing two things : unique + cozy. Lights that can set a vibe with the push of a button. Check Gas fire inside, bonfire out. Check Custom epoxy dining table. Check Samsung The Frame TV. Check Light strip on the wall that would make Luke Skywalker jealous. Check And the chefs kiss? A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

Entire Guest Suite This newly renovated guest suite is located in the 2nd story of our home with a separate and private entrance. Just a few blocks from lovely downtown St. Johns. You will find restaurants, shopping, craft coffee shops and a walking trail. Easy access to main roads and just 25 minutes to Lansing and MSU. Guests have private stairs, a deck, and free parking. Guest enter with a smart lock keypad. With the Roku Smart TV Guest mode, you can log in to your favorite accounts.

Nestled within six acres of beautiful woodlands right along the Grand River, time seems to pause, allowing us to share precious moments that foster deeper connections and create lasting memories at Tree Vistas. Our Winding Springs Treehouse comfortably sleeps 6, while also being fully ADA accessible. Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

Nestled in a quiet setting surrounded by large pine trees, this cottage-like home is a short drive to everything: Downtown East Lansing: 10 min. MSU campus: 10 min. Downtown Lansing: 15 min. Okemos: 6 min. Lake Lansing Park: 4 min. Starbucks: 7 min. Costco: 2 min. This is an older house (built in 1800), so it is more "basic" than a modern "upscale" property. Large windows offer views of open fields, grazing goats, and beautiful sunrises; all of which can be enjoyed over a hot cup of coffee from the deck, or by a serene stroll down to Stoney Creek.
