I appreciate the use of kayaks and the willingness to have our jet ski at this cabin. The water is extremely clear and it’s a beautiful view from the shore. We had a great family weekend at the cabin.

We had a beautiful fall weekend getaway in Cabin 11. It was very private,gorgeous view of the lake! As soon as we came into our cabin it smelled like maple syrup, so nostalgic and cozy. The jacuzzi tub was so much fun, and we had plenty of space. It's an impressive property, we enjoyed walking the grounds, we didn't utilize many amenities just because we were relaxing. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, they even gave us some firewood! Fully stocked kitchen came in real handy. I miss it already!

Enjoyed staying here for a few days. Peaceful and chill place to stay if you're looking to get away. Nice little comfy home and the view of the lake was my favorite.

Such a beautiful well kept home! We had a great time around the fire, pool, and game room. The beautiful trees and wildlife made you feel as if you were in the middle of nowhere.

We had the absolute best weekend here for our cousins/family reunion! The house was even more beautiful and unique in person - so warm, welcoming, and full of charm. It had everything we needed and made for such a special gathering space. We agreed the first night that this was everyone’s dream home. The pool had just opened for the season, so there were a few spiders (totally expected with nature + timing), but honestly it didn’t take away from how amazing everything was. We were just so grateful to have it open in time for our stay! The host was so kind and helpful, and we all felt right at home. Truly a weekend we’ll never forget. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We were admittedly not the easiest guests. We brought along my autistic son and my 87 year old grandma and had to make some of our own safety adjustments and had some accommodations requests and they graciously assisted with! The pontoon died in the lake (our fault) and they came out to rescue us with 0 judgement, we also locked ourself out of one of our rooms and again 0 judgement. We were a mess and we were greeted with nothing but hospitality. Such an amazingly beautiful resort with phenomenal staff. We cannot wait to come back!

Everything was perfect. We had a great time. Will be back next year.

Beautiful home! It was perfect for us 4 couples who stayed 2 nights while riding our side-by-sides on ATV trails in the area. The house was so clean and the beds and kitchen and dining room perfect for our group.. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay while we were up in the area! We will definitely see if it’s available next time we come up to ride.

Beautiful home with amazing views. Lake views from couch are amazing. Awesome kitchen with open concept to dining & living room. Numerous bed & bedroom configurations. Ample bathrooms, sinks, and showers. Huge garage space & tons of outdoor parking. Great yard, beach & dock.

The neighborhood was very quiet during the day. At night, so easy to fall asleep. Love the screened porch. Perham is a fun town to visit, lots of cute shops, Jean's nursery, Common Grounds Coffee and the Bay Window fabric store....something for everyone. Lake is very clean.

A high quality place to relax for a few days by water. Very nice and lots of beds for a big group. Tom was very responsive, informative, and helpful if needed. Would recommend.

Came into town for a family wedding and this was the perfect place to stay with my in-laws! We really enjoyed the hot tub and there was plenty of room for us in the house! The location is great as well, right in town and just minutes from restaurants and Walmart!

It's a beautiful home with lots of windows to view the surrounding scenery. Deer and turkey were common in the fields around the house, so bring binoculars if you're into animal watching. The rooms are very comfortable, and there are all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Wadena, attending events at nearby Stone Hill Farms, or just need a getaway from the city!

We had a great family lake weekend at this beautiful property. Loved the lake views, the amazing deck, the hot tub, paddle boards, and fire pit. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, the lily-pad, and the basement chill-out zone. We also rented a pontoon in nearby Perham...Public access was right down the road and easy! The place is quiet, private, and had plenty of space for 11 of us...Made meals in the well-appointed kitchen and enjoyed the lake-side pizza place. Jennifer was an excellent host...Welcomed us with treats, provided helpful instructions/recommendations, and was immediately responsive to our questions before and during our stay. One of those places that it was hard to leave!

Beautiful new home, clealy a lot of thought went into the details. Sherri communicated very well, friendly, helpful and productive. It snowed when we arrived and they had salted slippery spots on the sidewalk. Sherri created a very helpful binder left on the kitchen counter with clear instructions, places to eat, things to do and a very nice page introducing herself. There was also a garage door opener left which was very helpful and welcoming. Sherri even reached out during the visit to ensure we were enjoying our stay and if weneeded anything. The home was pristine and cozy with basic kitchen items supplied. The heated floors were definitely a treat! Would definitely recomend booking this property with Sherri and Greg!

We traveled to Dent for a sibling and spouse reunion. There were 15 adults and 1 child. There was more than enough room for our group. One bedroom went unused. There was lots of seating inside and out. No need to bring lawn chairs. We ate every meal at the house. It had all the kitchen gear needed to cook, bake and grill. We rented their pontoon and used it frequently for leisurely rides around Silent Lake and for fishing. It was mid-September, so we were often the only boat on the lake. There we several float items in the garage which we didn't use but were available to us. We grocery shopped at the Perham Central Market 22 min from the home. We reached out to the host once during our stay with a question and they responded quickly. Family was all in agreement that we would go back. Great central location for my family that came from Montana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Nebraska. There are more good things I would say but feedback space is limited. I would recommend this home.

We stayed in this beautifully done new home for the weekend and hosted family dinner one evening. It was cozy and lovely environment especially with the fire place. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve our family, plus plenty of coffee! I loved the open floor plan and high ceilings! Would love to come back in the fall or summer and enjoy the screened in patio with extra dinning and seating space. Would stay again!

Very happy with our stay. Host was very quick to respond to emails. We had unique requests for our stay and the host was very accommodating! Liked the layout of the home which gave our group areas to hang out, and yet our own areas for privacy. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to stay here again.

The place was just as pictured. Ryan was super helpful with questions. It is very conveniently located to area events and restaurants. We rented a jet ski and loved spending time on the water. We highly recommend this place! We hope to be back.

This was our 6th stay at Jon & Michelle’s place and we can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s truly a special place to visit every year with our friends. The layout of the house allows for families or groups of friends to hangout together by day in the main level open-plan great room and then enjoy private accommodations in the six good-sized bedrooms in the evening. The furniture is both comfy and stylish and the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking adventures. There are two wood burning fireplaces and a fire pit for cozy time and s’mores. When we got sick of lazing around and eating we either headed to the lake for fishing/swimming/pontooning or to the pickle ball court for epic matches. As for the hosts, Jon and Michelle are two of the kindest people we’ve had the pleasure of renting from. We’re always in good hands when we stay at their amazing Tonseth home. This is one of our favorite Airbnbs of all time!
