This apartment has 1 double bed and a twin day bed with a twin trundle. A full bath with tub and full kitchen. Attached to garage. This is on a working horse ranch and we do have stalls for board and a full RV with 35 amp If needing a place to lay over. We do not have horses to ride because this is a private training facility. We have dogs, chickens and horses and there will be farm noises, but mostly very peaceful. 12 miles W of Denton and 12 miles E of Decatur. DFW is about a 45 min drive.

This private suite is on the second floor, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a kitchen and living room area for a total of around 700 square feet. Enjoy hardwood floors throughout and fully luxurious bathrooms. Please note that thanks to the age of the home, the hardwood stairs can be a bit squeaky as well as low ceilings.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
