The pool and gym is unavailable. The drive to the estate is long and cumbersome.

Really lovely condo. Walk 1/2 block and cross a large local street to get to the beach. (Drivers required to stop for pedestrians, and they do.) Beach is lovely with clean sand, pretty safe water, and not crowded. Condo looks like the photos, is uncluttered and very clean. It is the best equipped Airbnb condo I have ever stayed in -especially the kitchen. It is a cook’s kitchen and has everything you might need. Good linens, bedding, and everything for the beach. Even extra toilet paper, paper towels, Ziploc bags – it’s like being home. The neighborhood is safe, but there was lots of construction in front of and behind the condo while I was there. Hopefully it will end soon. Walking distance to some nice restaurants, which was good because driving is difficult - crowded and fast. Has off street parking. Outdoor area behind house is well furnished and visually private. Excellent responsive communication with the host.

The location was perfect & matched our needs for shopping, restaurants, & distance to Port Everglades.

Everyone who stayed with us loved the townhouse, the amenities, great neighbors and most of all...the pickleball court and pool. You couldn't ask for a better, responsive and supportive host than Nicolas! It was a pleasure to work with him and to enjoy the comforts of his townhome. The townhome is located off Congress Avenue which leads to major roadways in Riviera Beach and West Palm. It was easy to find good restaurants and stores. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach as well!

Very good location! House is used and remember decades but maintained quite well but do not expect luxury. Layout is good for more families. House is very spacious and location is the key here. Parking no problem. Restaurants and beaches in minutes. Great host, well communicating. Overall excellent.

The place was as advertised, met all our needs and equipped for a long stay. John was an incredibly accommodating and responsive host.

Nice little setup. Very clean, well maintained. Combo washer/dryer was a new experience that took some doing to figure out how to run DRY cycle only. A/C worked well. Beds were a little too firm for my liking, however they were in good shape. Upstairs stand alone bathroom vent fan is very loud, so be careful turning it on if people are sleeping in the 2 bedrooms next to it. For those who like really dark rooms, the curtains don't close completely so let light in a bit. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful with having trouble figuring out the lockbox. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Ice/water from fridge worked well. Parking at night was a bit tough to find the spot marked '74' as someone was parked in one of them, and the paint is almost completely faded on them. Would recommend to others, was an overall positive experience.

A beach dream house! This property is perfect for a beach vacation. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, but there were also common spaces that were great to mingle in. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and generously sized. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a good sized group, and the living room is very nicely decorated. Overall, this is a great property, we had an amazing time in Ft. Lauderdale here!

Jeffreys beautiful place was heaven for me and my family. The amount of space we had throughout the house was unbelievable. The instructions were clear and the neighbors are Friendly. I would definitely visit again!

Sandra was wonderful! The place was a great location and the pool was a nice bonus! There were two other guests there in another unit but it still felt private. So many restaurants to walk to, Delray is a great place to visit with lots to do.

Jose was an excellent host, very responsive and accomodating. He went above and beyond when my other family members ran into an issue with their Airbnb and he also allowed a late check out based on our cruise time.

This is a great place to stay, very private. The place was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here and next time I’m in town I will try to rent it again.

Great stay! The place was just as described and in a great, private location! Lots of space in the home and beautifully decorated! Would stay here again! Michelle was also extremely responsive and communicative—she accommodated an early check in and some flight cancellations we ran into!

This place really felt like home and was exactly what we needed after such an eventful week. Every single thing we needed was there. It was like we did not ever leave home. We loved it sincerely. The hosts were very patient and communicative which we appreciated. I would definitely rent again and again. Highly recommend!!!

A great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. The screened back porch was awesome with a view of the lake. Communication was easy and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property! The pool was definitely a highlight — very warm, clean, and the whole backyard space was lovely, especially when the ocean was too cold. The house itself is very clean and located on a quiet, nice street, which made for a pleasant environment overall. This house has everything you need for a great time! The home is well suited for families, with the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It would be even better if the host provided a few extra touches geared toward families, like toys or games, to make it feel even more welcoming for kids. This might have been a deliberate choice by the hosts but some easy/simple board games would have been great. A couple of things to note: there wasn’t anywhere to hang towels in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning unit was quite loud (beware light sleepers), and since this is a duplex, we could hear the neighbors through the walls — both their conversations and footsteps.

Hannah’s place was a perfect spot to visit our family in Wellington! The location is great, 30 minutes to downtown Palm Beach and 30 minutes to the beach. Hannah was very nice and so quick to respond! We had no issues and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, cute place to stay. I know she mentions the “outside noise” but we didn’t even notice! She did provide a sound machine in the primary bedroom but we didn’t need it.

Al was a great host! He was really communicative and responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. There were minor issues with the internet, as the coverage is not as equally stable and strong in all parts of the house. But even with that, Al was super helpful in providing additional alternatives and getting backup options/solutions in place. Also the patio is right on the water so that's a really nice element of the property.
