Our cottage is a base camp from which to enjoy the beauty of the north woods. Plan your winter to snowmobile, ice fish, downhill or cross-country ski and hike. In summer make it a get-a-way for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or ATVing. Venture out to the numerous waterfalls, hike the Ottawa National Forest or Sylvania Wilderness, view the scenic Porcupine Mountains, drive through the Keweenaw peninsula. The Sasquatch Shores cabin is right on Star Lake, a quiet no wake lake that gives you the peace and quiet you want. Watch the sunset off of the dock or cast a line into the water! The cabin is also situated right on the ATV trail. The main offers a King sized bed and the guest room offers a Queen/Twin Loft bed. There is also sectional couch as a sleeping option!

1941 WWII Douglas DC-3 Airliner. Flown by the United States Marines for military transport services between Guam, Midway, and Pearl Harbor. Jimmys Lakeview Vacation Rental cabin is located across from Duck Lake (part of the Eagle River Chain of Lakes) and offers a great place to stay for your Eagle River vacation. Cabin is only 2 miles from downtown Eagle River and within walking distance to Sweetwater Bar and Grill and Kickback Grill. There are two public boat landings and Eagle Lake Park within 1.5 miles and is also located on the snowmobile and atv/ utv trail.
