This is a single family home with a attached apartment separate entrance. I live in the main part of the house. Your space is a separate apartment. 1 bedroom with a king bed. On the other side of your house is a Livingroom with a couch bed.

Outdoor shower. 1 car garage and driveway. 2 car maximum. Boats, RVs or trailers are not allowed without approval prior to booking. Pets allowed, $95 pet fee. 15% weekly discount, 30% monthly discount.
